Hardee's in Prattville Alabama off of 2525 Cobb St is a wonderful family restaraunts with a peaceful atmosphere to dine in Today I enjoyed the Candied Bacon Egg and cheese biscuit combo with hashbrowns and coffee. The staff Jameeja and others were so kind. They treated me so nice. The environment was pleasant the restaraunt and the bathrooms were clean. My food was great and high quality for the price I paid for it. I really enjoyed how I could eat my meal in peace without people bothering me. And I found that my eggs and bacon were cooked upon order being served fresh food to be a delight. I will definitely dine here again with the members of our church. I am Dr. Sylvia Caver and I highly recommend this Family oriented Hardee's restaraunt to all.

This place has horrible service. The woman taking the order in the drive thru was brusque. We pulled up to get our order. We were asked to pull forward to wait. Okay no problem. 30 seconds later the order comes out. Great. The lady tossed the food into the window. We didn't even get to say thank you or have a good day..she just tossed it into the window and walked off. I hope her day gets better, but judging from the way her attitude was, she won't.

From the cashier who doesn’t greet you, make eye contact, or give you a receipt, to the cook that doesn’t make the food you order, and again the cashier that doesn’t give you the food you ordered, it’s amazing this place is still in business. Over priced food and you don’t even get the food you ordered. My husband stopped here today for a quick burger & fries. Drive thru order that turned into a walk in, because it took so long for the food to come out. Upon receiving his meal, & driving away to get back on the interstate, he couldn't even eat his food. Burger was awful & fries were cold. He ended up throwing it away. He said it appeared to him that everyone was stressed out. I'm sorry if that's the case but still that's no excuse for putting out a bad product. He said he would never stop there again. Just thought others would want the heads up.
