If you don't like working in customer service find.ypu a different job. Your customers are the ones paying you. When someone tell you thank you amd have a great day. Don't just close the window with a nasty attitude.

I had a terrible experience here with extremely rude and unprofessional service. I pulled up to the drive-thru to order breakfast, and when I reached the speaker, the employee seemed to still be speaking to the previous customer, asking about sides and drinks even though they had already pulled forward. I clarified this several times, but the worker kept repeating it, finally yelling at me to 'ORDER THEN.' I explained that I was still deciding, to which she rudely replied, 'Well, say dat den!' After attempting to clarify again, she shouted at me to 'go somewhere else to eat' and refused to take my order. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I won’t be coming back.

When you ask for "extra" pickles and get none. The tomatoes are always overripe and the food is cold. There's a reason why Hardee's is so few and far between. I worked at one 25 years ago and the food and service have massively gone down hill. I only stopped this time because it was the only thing available. If you're going to over price your food you should at least get matched with quality and service.

Rolled up to the drive thru and am told ”Hardee’s” as I’m looking at the menu and trying to figure out if the speaker is busted. I’m told again “Hardee’s”. Yeah! I know where I’m at! Im the one who pulled in here! I don’t want to hear about it when that Hardee’s shuts down and you can’t find work. You are in the customer service business. If you don’t want to serve customers, find another job.
With the Hardee's in my area having a wide variety of hours I made sure to check Google before deciding which location to go to. After getting to the restaurant, it was to my surprise that the doors were locked. It was 8:30 and the hours of operation said open til 10 for dine in. We had no choice but to go through the drive thru. You would have thought we did something to majorly upset this woman because she was so rude. I’m so sorry for inconveniencing you ?. We got our food and sat in the parking lot eating it. At least it was delicious ?

This is the BLT Frisco burger. Not made as advertised, of course. The employees here have dry, rude attitudes also. We also stopped here a few days ago for breakfast & the manager was rude to my husband who asked for a fork and an extra box. We ordered two blueberry biscuits that were placed in the same box with only one fork. His reply to my husband, “ Did you order something from here?” Will NOT eat here again & I do not recommend!
