When we first walked in there there was a young lady at the reception desk she was training blonde hair girl brand new she was outstanding the other girl her name started with a k it was an interesting name she was outstanding too the manager who was just training their from North Carolina was awesome he was a black young man outstanding I haven't been in Hooters I live in Southern Illinois great homecoming thank you Hooters

Bypassed dinner at Cookout to come here. Manager sat us on the patio and “forgot” about us. Another 4 top was sent outside. Waitresses flocked to the windows and visibly argued about who was going to take our table. After 15 minutes, a waitress apologized that she didn’t know we were out here. We ordered drinks, when she came out again, we ordered drinks again. Other table received their food and we didn’t even have our beers yet. We are regulars at Hooters & this was the last time we will visit this location.

I’ll echo what others have said about this location. Service is basically nonexistent, at least during the fairly slow lunchtime that I was there.
I was left standing at the entrance for five minutes before someone abruptly told me to just sit wherever I want. Five minutes later, the server briefly stopped by literally to only say “What do you want to drink?” and then left. I got my water pretty quickly then never saw her again. Left after 15 minutes of waiting to place my order. The dining area wasn’t even half full and I rarely saw any servers walking around. Something is seriously wrong here.

Today me and the husband went to hooters for lunch the person who waited on us happened to be one of the managers she was absolutely horrible and left without telling anyone she was leaving I love the restaurant and some of the staff is absolutely amazing but the manager we had today I don’t know how she’s in management and the way she treats her workers is uncalled for I do have some of them I absolutely enjoy and they are the only reason I will be back but the management definitely needs some work

Extremely busy on Veterans Day 11/11/24. This place only had 2 waitress and they were both running around like a chicken with there heads cut off. Anna did a GREAT JOB and definitely deserved the tip she received from me.....Also I have an exchange student and she enjoyed her experience here.

For starters, they were out of their bone in wings. How do you let yourself run out of regular wings? They couldn't serve tap beer or soda. They never fully explained why. The sweet tea was served hot with only a few ice cubes in them. They were out of sour cream, mayo, and they forgot the sauce on the buffalo chicken sandwich. Their tots tasted like they were fried in old oil. And the fried pickles were barely cooked. It took over an hour to get our food. I had to eat most of my meal without a drink because the waitress wouldn't check up on us. I had to flag a non server to get a refill. Their manager said he was from a different store because their old kitchen manager quit a week before. To finish things off, they had all 3 checks mixed up on who got what. Horrible service and a shrug with a pathetic attempt at an apology were all we received for our trouble. Needless to say, I'll never step foot in there again. They should close that location.

Waitress hanging out at the bar area with the bartender's patrons. Took 30 minutes to cook 2 burger sliders and 2 chicken sliders. Curly fries were cold. Waitress was hanging outside while soft drink was empty for over 15 minutes. Bad look at how the local restaurant treats certain customers on lunch break.

We enjoyed our food. Our waitress was very kind and helpful with the menu and choices. Just tvs are too loud when it is just a few customers. It's obnoxiously loud.

Me and my family ate here and the food was not very good . Me & my partner also ordered an alcohol drink and it was disgusting and watery , barely had alcohol in it !! The service was also trash, the young lady was very dry and had an attitude !! Never coming back here again .. I do not recommend!
