Paid for my food and was told to pull forward, so I did, waited about 15 minutes then had to drive off because I guess they forgot. Wasn’t told if I needed to pull up be the food was still being made or anything. Tried to call and they picked up said hello and then they hung up. It’s ridiculous honestly.

Disappointed in KFC.I drove up at 927Pm on 1-16-2025 And was told they was closed.I ask them I said Sonu don't close at 10pm.She said yeah but we only got 3 wings left.I said how much she said almost $11 bucks I drove off Make the money while u can.Because business do get slow dear.U may be the main one laid off

Everytime we go to KFC Prattville Al, they are out of wings. Pay for a whole meal and they always forget something. You have to go back around to the window. They charge full price for a meal and you barely get chicken. They are the smallest pieces. The service is awful

The food was excellent. Large very pieces of chicken, thoroughly cooked. The sides are as expected. The staff were polite and paid attention to you as you ordered. We were drive-up, so there was no rating on the atmosphere.

I called to place an order for pickup and was hung up on. I went inside to order and get chicken and was told they only had a few pieces of extra crispy chicken available. That's why I tried to order by phone first. I finally placed an order and was still delayed on getting the order filled. I did not expect that kind of service. Prattville Alabama
