This place is the trenches. Had a terrible experience being rushed through ordering and then not given napkins or silverware. Employees in there talking loud and laughing like high schoolers. Trifling service but at least my food was hot. Never again!

I have celiac disease and I researched that the mashed potatoes contained no gluten and were prepared separately. When my father went to pick some up he asked the workers just to be sure. They had no idea what gluten even was and were not professional when handling the situation. We did not trust the establishment enough to get any mashed potatoes due to the incompetence of staff. If you are going to work in a restaurant it is important to be trained and knowledgeable about common food allergies.

Haven't been here in years (due to bad past experiences)... decided to give it another shot today... still terrible. The person who took our order was as unfriendly as he could be, it took WAY too long to get the food (they told us it would be an extra 15 mins for the pieces we ordered AFTER we paid and sat down), the employees were VERY loud (yelled back-and-forth at each other while goofing off), and the bathroom SMELLED LIKE WEED. I probably won't be back here, ever. Way too many other chicken options in Prattville.

We had a mobile order placed around 7:44pm, did not walk out with the order until 8:17pm. Watched three customers walk out. There was another mobile order custer there when I arrived and he was still there when I left. Maybe it's time to fire the DEI hires and hire people who actually want to work! This is the second time this month we have had problems. The first was we ordered hit wings and ended up with Nashville hot! and they where not the best ended up throwing some away!

They're constantly out of everything. I mean everything, CONSTANTLY. Every single time I've tried to go to KFC, especially this one, in the past YEAR, they're out of everything. No chicken nuggets, no mac n cheese, no chicken strips, no mashed potatoes; there's no point in this place even being open if every time people go there's nothing available.

Food is great and the staff is great. But the parking lot is horrible. It's too dark at night and there is a huge pot hole you can barely see after dark. If I had been in a smaller vehicle instead of my jeep I'd be asking them to pay for a front end alignment.
