Super bad Vietnamese restaurant not recommended for all. Especially beef pho tastes super salty.

The restaurant just finally opened this January after closing for an extended period of time. I never been to the restaurant before it closed but after reading the reviews, I thought it should be good as there was a lot of excitement about the grand re-opening. This is by far the WORST viet restaurant I have ever been to. It is total robbery and scam of prices as the menu prices have increased 3 times compared to the old prices posted here. It is probably to pay for the renovation costs. For this price, one can eat better at the fancier restaurants in Montgomery. The food was completely awful. The pho and beef stew was super salty and what disappointed me the most was there was a huge chunk of pepper when the pho was served. I thought that was weird and upon tasting, I guess it was there to compensate for the excess salt. The broth was not pho broth but salt water and grease. Words cannot express how disappointing and insulting it is to the cuisine that this place is - the worst part is everyone there was Viet so one would think it would be authentic. I will definitely not be coming back.

Absolute disaster....service while closed remained poor as they reopened. We left after a hour wait and no food. Asked a lady waiting, who had left earlier with her order, which was wrong. She came back and had been dealing with it for two hours. GOOD LUCK...your going to need it to survive.

Tasty pho shop. We dined there March of 2021. Boba. Pho, and tofu rice was tasty. Hope it will get better in the remodel.

Their pho is the best out of Prattville/Montgomery area. They're remodeling now and I've been waiting for them to reopen for a long time!! they're finally opening at the end of October 2022 yall FYI!

This is the best place I've ever eaten at! If I could eat here all day every day, I would. The owners are so sweet and truly care about their food and the customers experience and the food has NEVER failed to impress. I was devastated to hear about the temporary closing when I came back to town for a visit because I was hoping to eat there at least twice in the 4 days I was in town. If they ever open up again, I will make the 12hr drive from my new home to their restaurant just to give them my business and get some of the best food in the world. I came in so often when I lived there that I would sit down with their daughter and hang out while I ate. They're so sweet and when I took my dad, the owner talked to him about how the food was made (my dad is an awesome home chef and loves to learn new things). The owner was all too happy to talk to my dad about it and I swear he was in heaven while listening. I hate so much that I don't live nearby anymore, but I come down to visit family sometimes and I'm hopeful that they can open back up so I can go again. I take every friend or family member that will go with me and I truly wanted to go when I graduated college, but unfortunately they were closed down when I came. You've always got a customer with me and my dad. There is no better place to go to than LáTaste!!!!!!

Loved them so much! The beef pho was so good! Server taught me the authentic way to enjoy Vietnamese food. Highly recommend

Number 23 grilled pork, white rice, salad and bread is an excellent choice. The meat was juicy and full of grilled to order flavor. The salad was well dressed and also very tasty. The little loaf of bread which tasted freshly baked was a welcome addition that completed the meal nicely. La Taste brings back fond memories of enjoying great Vietnamese food in Southern California. I highly recommend La Taste.

Great Vietnamese Restaurant ! The waitress showed us how to mix the ingredients and how to enjoy the spring roll dip. I do prefer classical music over all genres but if I am in a Vietnamese restaurant I would prefer to hear traditional Vietnamese musicBut definitely make this place a date night and learn how healthy it is to eat Vietnamese foodLove that they offer a Vegan friendly menuI’m not a vegan but the spring rolls are very refreshingUnless you are allergic to shrimp or peanutsThen you should definitely avoid that dishEveryone else add the ghost peppers

I placed a to-go order at lunch, and it was a long wait for the food. Other than that, everything was great. I really loved the pork vermicelli bowl that I got. Also, the spring rolls were fresh and the accompanying sauce was great too. Overall a great place, just expect to wait a bit for your food.

Best Pho Anywhere. They use the best ingredients and authentic recipe and cooking methods to make the best Pho I have had.

First time ever trying Vietnamese food and it was great!! I got the Chicken Pho and spring rolls. They all had fresh ingredients and were so good. The water is PH water and the lady that helped us explained how to eat the food. Apparently, I was supposed to add a few things to the soup and I did not. The portion sizes are huge. Well worth it.

We love this place me and my husband have been coming here for about 3 years. We had our first date here and it's always been so good! We love the house signature pho and the boba smoothies are so delicious! This is our favorite Vietnamese restaurant

Sooo, it's usually hard to find vegan options in my area and most are subpar, but today a friend and I tried Le'Taste in Prattville and we both were shocked. The food was GREAT. All ingredients meld together well and we both were appreciative of the waiters knowledge and suggestions. Overall, this restaurant is A+, and we'll be back.
