We visited Logan’s today in such of an enjoyable meal and simply to have an endeavor in an adjacent community. Upon entering. We requested a window booth and were led to the interior where it dark and enclosed. I enjoy 😊 Logan’s booth by the windows 🪟 in view of my PTSD. After approaching the waitress who seated us and reiterated my initial request for seating, we were placed at a window booth. However, after several minutes of being seated, no waiter or waitress came to our table. So, we left.

First I want to start with the seating. Over half of the restraunt was empty yet we were told we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Over 30 minutes later we had to ask to be seated. Then... the worst rolls I have ever received. They were hot but they were flat. We asked the waitress if we could have different rolls and were brought out the same way. Nithing light and fluffy about them. They were packy and had not be set to rise. Very disappointed.

Absolutely horrible service took forever to get service then when rolls were brought got up to go to the bathroom and they cleaned everything off the table when we got back rediclous and unacceptable tables all around were getting serviced so we left won't be back.

Absolutely awful service. I’m pretty sure my server was high even. She was slow and quiet and zoned out. The bar is set pretty low for this restaurant. It took us over an hour to get our food to the point we had them pack it up. People that came in after us got their food prior to us and they got it WRONG!! Had to ask for a remake. The manager is also a liar. She tried to be really nice at first and instead of being honest she tried to fluff me. Absolutely pathetic. Having been a server I understand A LOT! But the fact we got such bad service and no one cared or even tried to talk to us even after asking for a manager is ridiculous. I will not be going there ever again. If you’re looking for bad service, a high waitress, and lying manager, and standards way below the bar then Logan’s is the place to go.

Had not been to Logan’s in a long time, since they closed the one in Crestwood/ Bham area years ago. The service was friendly at this location and I noticed that they have really trimmed the menu. Not a bad dining experience although the ribeye was a bit undercooked.
Danielle our server was wonderful so sweet! We came in today and had a great dinner. Vibe was peaceful not crazy busy my steaks were awesome as always and I love that they added espresso martinis 10/10. Shout out to the servers Danielle and previous server we had he was training a new hire while being a top tier server himself. Thank you Logan’s for great service as always

My family dined in on 3/23/25 and the service was awful and food wasn’t that great either we sat there over 2 hours waiting on our salads to come and when they did the food came righ behind it and when brought to the manager knowledge about it it said that since we didn’t give a 24 hours notice for a large party that they had to prepare (with only 7 tables in there to be accurate) very poor customer service and our family will not be back any time soon !

Had a party of 5 waited 45 minutes which was okay because last time we ate there the food and service was great. This time however the steaks were gray and full of fat it took 30 min or more to get a refill on drinks the ribs were extremely dry and never got sauce for the tenders even though we asked 3 separate times. Made a complaint on the food and was told sorry. Asked for the check and boxes got the wrong check had to wait another 20 min for the correct check. All in all my dogs are getting 140 worth of food
