On last night, what is no doubt the low point of my trip, my family and I had the worst dining experience at Logan’s Roadhouse, Prattville, Alabama.Terrible. Awful. Some of the worst I’ve had ever. First, Several times, we had to request straws, and silverware. It was obvious that requiring her to perform her job was an issue and she had an attitude. She even sent other workers to our table to avoid facing our displeasure of our dining experience. When our food finally arrived, it was inaccurate. A sirloin steak that was overcooked, with trimmings that were cold. My son and I both ordered a rib/tenders combos with two sides, and received the ribs, one side, (ribs and corn). I asked for the (acting) manager, and the server, asked me what was wrong? It was obvious she didn’t check the accuracy of the order prior to bringing to our table, and at this point I was done taking to her. The acting manager came over and gave us a 50% discount and gave us some coupons for free food on our next visit. She/They didn’t even offer to bring out the missing items. However, it explained to the server that we’re from Ohio and we don’t have a Logan’s our area. When I requested the manager again, she refused to come to the table and it was at this point, that I had enough and decided to leave. It PISS POOR SERVICE from the start. I won’t ever be coming back again and will be contacting your corporate office as well!! Never going back!

My associates and I dine at Logan's roadhouse last night. The servers were polite. Other than that the visit was terrible. The food took over forty minutes to come. When received the food the sides were cold. Three out of the seven entrée were cold as well. My entrée was so cold that the grease from my bacon had solidified. My water was faucet water and the lemonade tasted like dish water. The restaurant was cold as well. We will not be returning. My bill was $53 and it definitely was a waste of money. Eat at your own risk.

We had a really poor experience here. We came in around 2 pm and there were maybe 3 other tables. It took over an hour for our food to come out and when it did half of it was cold from having sat too long. My husband's 11 oz steak looked to be more of an 8 oz and was not made well. Our server was nice but we were near the kitchen and could see everyone standing around which made it more frustrating our food took so long. The portion sizes were also much smaller than anticipated and all of us left hungry. Our kids did well considering how long it took but we were never offered more rolls, the manager never came to check on our table, and no one apologized for how long we sat there. It was way too hot in there and the music was much too loud for a lunch hour (I worked at a roadhouse so I know they are supposed to be louder in the evening)

Arrived at 12 noon and there was hardly anyone there we sat here for 50 minutes and never received our food and had to tell them to put it in a Togo box cause had to get back to work . Why does it take a hour to cook food when there are hardly any customers in the lobby .. it's ridiculous we should of received a discount or something but noooo

Our server, Christian, was excellent! We had not been to Logan's for awhile, so glad we made it today! . Excellent service, food was delicious. Grilled lemon herb chicken was moist & tender. Served over parmesan rice, broccoli, & cheese toast. My husband had the crab cakes with remoulade sauce. The crab cakes were full of crab & not breading like so many other places. Really enjoyed our lunch.
Logan’s steak house has about the worst service I’ve had. With the exception of Caleb, the staff was not attentive or professional in the least. We were served salads with no silverware. The excuse was that “we don’t have any wrapped”..then about 7:30, 3 kids showed up belonging to one of the servers. The “hostess” was carrying kids back & forth into the kitchen. Everyone is cutting up and 4-5 different people in clothing ranging from pajamas to dirty jeans and a hoodie are making multiple trips into the kitchen. We shouldda known when there were only two tables seated and no one else around. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. The hostess has her back turned to the door scrolling videos.

My wife and I read the reviews and decided to give it a shot. We enjoyed everything about our experience. The waitress was very nice and attentive and we both think she was great 😃. The food was also great. And the restaurant was nice and clean and tastefully decorated and a nice atmosphere. I will be back. Thanks 👍I hope the young lady who served us gets the credit she is due.
