Went to logans in prattville alabama took almost 25 minutes just to get our drinks alot longer for food and my daughter ordered her steak medium well it was pouring blood when she cut it they took the same steak back 2 times finally I just told them to take it off our order the service was so slow.

My family stopped after church, they were not busy at all. We had to wait 50 minutes for 2 burgers, chicken tenders (fries for sides on those 3 orders) and a steak, Caesar salad and baked potato. I requested that my steak be medium-rare it was closer to well done and barely warm. The salad was wilted and over dressed, and the potato was under cooked. The fries were stale, and the burgers which should have been well done were under cooked. We could visibly see that staff were flirting and shadow boxing in the kitchen. If we return it will only be for drinks at the bar.

You must ask for Mahalac, sweetest server! We tried the HUGE jalapenos they were awesome, but I would suggest to management to out a berry sauce with them. But this server is excellent!!! ❤️

Visited on a Friday night as a party of four. Server was new; however, she was trying her best. Our experience was negative but not because of her.
Ordered three adult entrees and one child. The child's food came out 30 minutes after ordering. It was another 25 minutes later before two of the adult entrees came. The last entree came out 10 minutes after for a total wait of 65 minutes.
The ticket times were entirely too long. Definitely will not be returning.

The service was good, but the food was terrible. We ordered fried mushrooms, they were so greasy. I ordered the crab cakes with a caesar salad and baked sweet potato. The salad was ok, the sweet potato was burnt, didn’t eat that. The crab cakes were good, they must a good vender that supplies them and the grease must’ve been hot enough. The rolls were just as we remembered, delicious. My husband had the country fried steak, it was mostly breading and the meat was like leather. All in all, a very disappointing meal.
