We were dining in and ordered our food. We were told after we paid that it would be THIRTY MINUTES FOR OUR FOOD. We had just left Midtown Pizza Kitchen that had a 25 minute wait. Never again will I dine in at Marcos.

This review is just for tonight's order. All the other times we have eaten here have been great. Tonight they had a special for a 1 topping large pizza. So I added Italian sausage. So that would have been $10.99 plus the $4.99 delivery fee. That comes out to be $15.98. But for some reason it was coming out to $17.98 on their end. So they were charging me $12.99 for the pizza instead of $10.99 but for some reason I couldn't get them to understand that.

Best pizza place around. Whether you pick up or they deliver, they’ve always have hot food and their drivers have the great and positive attitude. There is no better pizza place in Prattville, Millbrook or Montgomery in my opinion. As I write this review I realize I’m gonna have them tomorrow night as well

Today me and my assistant manager went to get pizza for our crew and I must say Ms Cathy with her uplifting spirit along with her crew made our experience such a wonderful experience the fact that the place was clean , when orders was ready they called me by my name made me know that they care about their customers they was super friendly and the greeting period was super fast I will definitely be bringing my business back to this location with out a doubt

Please don't waste your time at this place. I placed my order at 5:00 PM with a wait time of 20 minutes, only to get there and the order was never placed. I spoke with the manager on duty, and he had the nastiest attitude ever. I will never patronize their establishment ever again.
