If I could put no stars I would I doordash and I have been in there 2 times and waited over 45 minutes for a order they worry more about getting there drivers to deliver then they do for other people that is waiting. People who does doordash could of done 3x more delivery then we do while sitting there waiting when we have customers cussing at us because we don't have there food to them because we are having to wait. That is crazy and very unprofessional

This review is solely based on my last order experience with this location, every other time has been excellent, hot pizza delivered in a timely fashion. We always tip $10, on top of all of the other fees, no matter the size of the order. We have been ordering from this location for at least 4 years, and have always been pleased that they do deliver to us since other closer pizza places do not. When I ordered about a month ago I got a call after placing and paying for the order and was told that our address was outside of their delivery area and they wouldn't be delivering to us. I told them that must be new because we had never had a problem before and their site allowed me to place the order. They said that we could come pick up the order, so I sent my husband to pick it up. When he got there they requested payment (which I had already paid online) and since they had only then "gotten paid" they hadn't even begun to make the order. My husband had to wait at least 30 minutes at the store for the order to be prepared. Seems they would've just switched the order in their system to pick up instead of delivery and had the order ready when he arrived, considering I told them we were coming to pick it up. Here's the kicker, I just went to the website today to see if it would still let me place a delivery order, and it sure enough does. This website problem should be fixed, as with other pizza websites when I put in my address it tells me we are outside of their delivery area. This was our favorite pizza place to order from, so it really stinks. Yes, I could call in to see if they will deliver or not, but their website should work so that people get what they are expecting to get.

Switched from Dominos a few years ago because of some of the same issues that Marcos is now having. I'm currently sitting in my car outside of Marcos, 45 minutes after my pizza was supposed to be ready, and I was just told it'd be another 20 minute wait. And this is the third time in the last few visits that this has happened. Pizza's pretty good, but not good enough for over an hour wait.

Traveling through and wanted pizza, and saw Marcos on the locate restaurant options, looked good, as I don't have this chain around my home town.Looked over the menu and chose to get a Hot Honey Magnifico (added Italian sausage).I was able to order online and schedule pick up. The location was on point with updates on when the pizza was ready, and on arrival the two employees I met were very friendly, great quick visit.The pizza was good sized, at a fair price, and tasted delicious. The dough was fully cooked with the perfect outer crisp and soft inner crust, while the hot Honey added a delightful sweet and spice taste to the bite.I recommend stopping in for a pizza, and would like to find one near my home.Made for a good familiar but different meal on my trip.

The guy behind the counter said something under his breath when I didn't leave a tip, so I felt obligated to leave one after that. My first time coming here. This pizza better be outstanding for me to come back.

Order elsewhere! This location lacks decent management. Placed an online order. After waiting over an hour in store, I canceled the order. Several other customers did the same. No sense of urgency or customer service. Employees couldn’t provide a reasoning why it was taking so long, and just blew the customers off.

Ordered through the app, checked contactless delivery, normally have no issues. This time, the driver took over an hour to deliver. And, they just left the pizza on our porch, on the doorstep. Didn’t knock, ring the doorbell, nothing, just left. So, after waiting at least an hour and half for pizza, our pizzas were cold (had to microwave) and they left the pizzas on the rug for who knows how long. So disappointed. Had I not gone outside to double check they didn’t just leave the pizza (surely they wouldn’t!), it would still be out there. Thanks Marcos.

We ordered the Deluxe Crustless pizza tray. It wasn't bad, but it was skimpy on the meats. The sauce was very thin and runny. The amount of cheese was disappointing. The worst part is that the mushrooms weren't fresh. They were canned mushrooms which left the entire dish lackluster. Not too sure we will be ordering again. We picked up the order . Not dine-in ir delivery so i couldn't really review those categories. This store is only 1/2 mile from our home. We just moved here and this was our first time ordering from Marcos.
