Terrible waited 30 minutes in mobile pick up spot. Had to go inside and get my order That was just sitting on the counter and cold!!!because she was too lazy to bring it to the car.

Tried to order on kiosk, they weren’t working. Four meals ordered 4 burgers (out of 5) were prepared wrong, missing fires, and one wrong drink. Took mistakes to be fixed, came back with 1 burger still wrong (ate it that way) and still missing fries. Wait time was INSANELY long to get our food the first, second and third time, they didn’t just walk over and scoop up fries for the customers who have now been at the register way too many times, they continued prepping other orders and got to us when they wanted to. Several other people, drive through and inside were also bringing back food to be corrected.

We had an order for 4 people at curbside. Not only did it take approximately 30 minutes because they lost the order, once we got it two of the 4 orders were wrong. Who puts mayonnaise on a quarter pounder?

I door dash and it takes a act of Congress to get help in there. As a door dasher we are on a time limit, and my last experience in this store, I had to wait a extra 20 minutes after I arrived to get my order. I just wish I could have them pulled off door dash.

Easily the worst McDonalds I have experienced

Went through the drive-thru. Took half our order; then didn't respond. We waited about 5 minutes; no response. Said hello, no response. Drove around to the window, place our order, no response. They then tell everyone we skipped the line... There was no line 🤣🤣

The drive thru staff was very unfriendly and they didn't understand English very well. They seemed to have an attitude towards customers. They won't give a free cup of ice water in the heat, I was told I had to order something. Terrible experience!!

Did a mobile order and it said it was supposed to be ready in 15-20 minutes I waited 45 minutes for my food

I mean ..my order was literally the description of what I wanted. Sausage, Egg, cheese, on english muffin. What I received was a piece of dry sausage on a dry english muffin.

Damn the kids love it.... so we make it not so often but like a prize when everyone is getting alone / acting socially acceptable.

I asked did fillet o fish have cheese she said yes but it didn’t. I ask could I have ketchup and she yes but didn’t come back. Horrible service for no reason. I kept the sandwich because I didn’t it to be them want them to contaminate it.
