Just paid $20 to get a Happy Meal delivered and they didn’t put the cheeseburger in the order. I tried to call, and I was hung up on. Then DD gave me a $4 credit, gee thanks. I won’t order from this location again.

Today we went there and had to wait more than 7 minutes for our drinks. The employees kept passing the order around among themselves, and none of them were preparing the drinks. The tables were dirty, and my husband got sick after eating his hamburger. Nobody was attending the front (seller).

The steak egg and cheese bagels come with a wrapper you can bite into and almost choke on. Hope management reaches out to me over this.

If you go to McDonalds in Prattville, this is the one you want to visit. Staff are quick, friendly, and get order right most of the time. At all costs avoid the one on Memorial Drive as they are terrible.

See update below: I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese large combo. Got home and it was 2 orders of fries and chicken nuggets. All I wanted was what I ordered. I had just gotten home from a high school football away game and it was super late. I just wanted to get my meal and get home. Too bad it was not even close to what I ordered. If I could have given ZERO stars ai would have.

I wanted to add an update. The Franchise owner contacted me and made things right. I was very impressed with his response and professionalism. I went back again and everything was correct and the food was fresh. Thank you! I am headed the stars to reflect my satisfaction of the response.

Went to the McDonald's in Millbrook for a Mocha Frappichino, they told me the machine is broken, I dont eat that food, but I do enjoy those fake coffee drinks, I just drove off. The last 5 or 6 trips there was always some machine that was broken. Haven't been back since June, dont plan in going back!

25 minute wait for pickup. Ridiculous. Would have been longer if I didn't have to ask where the order was. Not found, then another 10 min wait.
