Place is disgusting and my whole food order was wrong . Just go to another fast food place. This one is absolutely terrible

2 of the 2 orders from this McDonalds were WRONG. Sent Sweet Tea instead of unsweet tea (for a diabetic so it got dumped), then a few hours later sent burgers with ketchup when requested without it. Allergy to corn, which is in the ketchup, so again, could not be eaten. These aren't preferences, these are requirements. Just moved here, will not bother to try again.

Poor customer service. Waited for them to take my order they act like they could not. I left getting in my car go to drive-through. I look back And finally seeing them, helping Other customers at the register. I feel like it was a slap in the face for customer service

Stopped in while traveling to alabaster with our band from mobile ,Alabama and despite 3 bus loads of kids they managed to get our food out quickly and politely. Mobiles McDonald’s couldn’t get the orders out that quick with only 3 customers in line . Really impressed.

Waited 45 minutes for two McChickens and wouldn’t have even gotten my food that fast if I didn’t get out from the slot they told me to go to and go in to check on my food. Absolutely absurd considering there was no explanation as to why it took so long and that people inside were getting their foot right away.

I went here tonight, & did a mobile order for a large diet coke & a medium fry, i waited for over 15 minutes in the curbside pickup. The drive thru was empty, I walked in to see what was taking so long, where all of the employees were just standing around talking & ignored that I was there. Whenever they finally addressed me the lady working started yelling at me & pushed my drink & fries in my face (they were on the counter, they just didnt want to walk them outside she said it was to cold outside). I snatched them out of her hands & didn't say anything else, just walked out. They didnt even give me a drink with the monopoly sticker on it, main reason I get the drink right now. Terrible customer service.

Had to make a stop here at night during a long work trip. The ladies working 9/25/25 were so nice not only to me but the man in front of me as well. I asked if the ice cream machine was working and the lady working proudly told me their ice cream machine is always working. My shake was great, the store was clean, the nicest McD’s experience I’ve had in a long time!

I stops here, meet my friend, for fruit and maple oatmeal, decaf coffee ☕️ with an apple 🍎 pie 🥧 😋 whenever I'm going 65 south to Prattville, Montgomery, Mobile, or other cities going that direction! Nice clean, clean lobby and restrooms 🚻 good friendly southern service and staff!!!!
