This McDonald Franchisee needs to be fired. This is the worst run store I have come across. The kitchen is not organized, the workers are clueless as to their job functions. It is simply a bunch of kids with no training or leadership. The front of the store is pure chaos. Avoid at all costs!

We ordered a well-done quarter pounder and 3 piece ckn strips with 2 fries and buffalo sauce with a couple of extra napkins. Even asked the staff to make sure not to forget napkins and sauce. We were asked to drive around and park in pkng spot #6. There was no 6 but I parked next to 5. No big deal. 20 mins later, we get our food. No sauce or napkins. No big deal. I walked in and got them. The quarter pounder looked like a smash burger. It wasn't what I ordered and I didn't like it all that much, but hey ...... this cook might be on to something McDonald's....it could have been a happy accident. I like to look at the positive in mishaps and learn from them. I will return because in reality....out of countless visits throughout the years....one bad sandwich is just 1 bad sandwich. I am sure others that like smash burgers would have enjoyed the burger more. I'm just not a fan....the staff though.....they know what's up. Very kind. So they had an off day. We all do. I only gave a mid rating because who wants to wait 20 mins????? Food was fresh too.

They put the fries completely upside down in the bag and we didn’t get any straws. Asked for extra fries in the happy meal, and they gave us apple slices even tho it was rung up on the receipt correctly for the extra fries. And the quarter pounder was supposed to be no pickle, it had the sticker on the box that said no pickle and they put like extra pickles on it. AND no napkins in the bag either.
Im already HANGRY. Go to the pick up window, tried to give me the wrong order. Sad face... Then I get MY order... Yay... Always check order before leaving with receipt in hand... Nuggets missing Sad face again.... Go inside to retrieve the rest of my paid for order. Customer service training should include checking orders before they go out.
