Food was made exactly how I wanted. The place was clean and all of the napkins/straws/condiments were well stocked. Very rarely do I choose to tip at places without table service. But this place got a tip from me for the first time in a few months of eating out (excluding "regular" restaurants).

So, the food and the atmosphere was good, but the service was quite...distasteful. As soon as me and my mother get into the door, the attitude coming from both the cooks was very cold and uncaring. The man taking my order was very short, and honestly quite snappy. I'm hard of hearing, and I couldn't quite hear him very well, and when I asked him to repeat, he said what he said very loudly and snappily. As well, when my mother asked if she could please have a small bit of lime juice, the second cook lied to her, saying no they didn't have any, and when my mother mentioned they've been given lime juice before, the worker rolled her eyes real hard before going back to get lime juice that they DID indeed have. overall experience was just very distasteful.

It always seems a little busy but besides for that I usually always have pleasurable experience. I love the meat and rice bowls with queso and chips that are complimentary btw. They are a bit pricey for the average night out.

Consistent food. Employee was a bit short, perhaps just having an off day, which happens. I visit this location once or twice a month. Overall, the staff does a great job maintaining quality and consistency. Almost always greeted with a smile and superb customer service!
