Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I've been pretty disappointed in the food and service lately. I'm not a super critical person but when you go somewhere to eat and get seated you should at least have your drink order taken within a few minutes of being seated. The time before something was in my food I specifically asked them to skip. Not as good as when it opened for sure...

The unlimited soup isn't really unlimited anymore. It wasn't even a half a bowl of soup and our waiter did not coming back until he was bringing out the main entree so we didn't even really get a chance to get a refill. It was literally a few spoons of soup. I understand that every business tries to make as much money as possible but unfortunately Olive Garden isn't the same restaurant it used to be and it's sad.

We did not eat at this restaurant Prattville AL but used there catering. The young lady that helped us with our order was very helpful, she even brought it to our vehicle. They did a great job and the food was delicious. Thank you Prattville AL Olive Garden you made our son's birthday very memorable.

Got a hair in my salad for starters. 😳🤢🤮
Waitress checked our IDs & totally forgot the drinks we ordered🙄😂…And the food is subpar at best, at this point, the best choice price&quality-wise would just be to make it at home. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Food was good but service was awfully slow.

This was my first time eating at this Olive Garden and definitely won't be my last. My party of 8 had an amazing time. Service was excellent and food was just as excellent. My family and I will be back soon.

Husband and I had a late lunch here today. Jalisa our waitress was so sweet and attentive. She is definitely an asset to this location. We will ask to be seated in her section the next time we dine here!
