It's been awhile since I've eaten at an Olive garden. Boy, has the food changed. After 13 hours of driving and completely exhausted my husband and I stopped at this Olive Garden. We shared a meal, Angel hair pasta with Marinara sauce, Pasta e Fagioli soup, and bread sticks. The marinara was nasty. Two bites was all that I could handle. The soup recipe has really changed. Again, it was nasty. I thought, well at least they have bread sticks. So sad, no flavor, and they were hard. I remember soft, garlicky, buttery melt in your mouth bread sticks. Not anymore. It all tasted like hospital food. I think that will be my last visit to an Olive garden.

I gave been to Olive Garden in probably 15 yrs, because I just didn't care for the food that last time I went, but I must admit that everything was fresh, service was impeccably and everyone tasted
The bread was too salty. The salad shouldn't have dressing on it. Not everyone eats dressing. The coffee was really strong. The girl that brought the coffee to the table spilled it, she didn't wipe it up. The food was too salty as well. The The whole meal was not worth the price I paid. The waiter was really nice. I didn't get his name. You need more people like him

03/12/2024 - Arrived at 4:08 pm. for a very early dinner with my sister. There were 2 girls holding up the cash register desk upon our arrival. As you'd expect, it was very quiet with only a few patrons. Daleresia was our server. It was obvious that she was new but did a great job getting our drink orders out and taking our food order. The food took an inordinate amount of time to come out, just as it had during my last visit on February 13th. I had the shrimp alfredo, and she had the eggplant parmesgian. The fettuccine noodles were terribly over cooked otherwise it was good. The red sauce served over the spaghetti that was served with the eggplant parm dish tasted bad, but the eggplant itself was quite good. We'd eaten and was ready for our to-go boxes and the bill. We had to wait a good while for those things because our server kept having new clients put in her section, instead of it being evenly divided among the servers. Once I received the bill, there was confusion about who I had to pay in order to leave the restaurant. When I went to the front desk, where the same two girls were holding up the desk, they quickly informed me that I had to pay my server like they were afraid they might have to do something. By this time, it's 6 pm, and I am more than ready to leave, so I asked for a manager. When I got back to my table, I was able to pay a very understandably upset Daleresia without further problems. We felt sorry for her since it was so obvious that she had been set up for failure by the others. I HANDED her a nice tip before I left the table.Never did I see a manager even though I was there a good 10 minutes after I had asked. Mr Kenneth Trumble, manager, has a couple of serious problems that need to be addressed stat.While I enjoy the Olive Gardens food, I doubt that I will return to this location again anytime in the near future.

We had the best experience at Olive Garden today. Our waitress Janay was amazing and made our experience even better. I wish every restaurant had a waitress like her. She most definitely deserves a raise for how on top of things she was to not only is but all her tables. Never had to ask for anything. She already had it for us. Thank you Janay for being you and the wonderful experience. You’re awesome.
