Sam was our server. She has a wonderful personality and makes you feel that you’re the only guest there! She has great skills! Look her up when you visit outback! Dalton brought our food out and he has a cheerful attitude and has great service!!! Hope you get the opportunity to meet him! Moe is the manager who we requested to come out and meet to let him know how great Sam and Dalton was, and Moe has a very pleasant personality and he is a great manager!! Our experience dining in was the best! I certainly recommend Outback!!!!!!!!!!!!

I visited Outback with nine friends after church. Everyone had their on ticket except two. Michael was our waiter, and we can't say enough great things about him. He was by far the best waiter I have ever had! He was polite, courteous, listened as some wanted theirs's different. He treated each one with respect and was excellent at taking their difficult orders. He smiled the whole time. NEVER have I had such a GREAT waiter. I will always ask for him when I go to visit! Thanks Michael! You are an asset to Outback! Look forward to seeing you again.

Was sat in bar area. Waited 10 minutes without being approached by waitress. Finally she came by and said will be right with you. Another 10 minutes goes by. No waitress. Asked hostess to move me to another station. Food was excellent; Service was okay. From this experience I remembered why I don’t go there. Service was bad last time also. Also, don’t like carpet 8n a restaurant.

Absolutely horrible took waitress forever to bring food, other tables came in after me & my husband, & got their food 1st. Also restaurant wasn't clean inside nor outside.

My mother and I called ahead and they had a short wait time compared to the other surrounding restaurants. We got seated in 15 minutes after they told us it was a 20 minute wait It started off promising, but it went downhill after we got seated. We were seated near the front literally behind the guest service table. There was a giant TV directly above us that made one side of our table completely dark. We couldn't hear each other talk due to the commotion the front door. I'm pretty sure our server forgot about us. After waiting for 45 minutes for just a salad and pasta, our food finally came. The pasta was extremely cold. The server took it back and you tell they put it in the microwave cause the pasta was mushy. I didn't even finish it, because my stomach began hurting after two bites. It was our first time going to Outback and without a doubt, it was also our last. 0 out of 10 would not recommend!
Walking in, we were seating quickly. Our waiter was great. It did take a very long time to get our food. Which we fully understood was not her fault. Everything was great until we went to leave. Getting up from the high tables, a bustboy came hurling from behind us and almost knocked down my dinner guest. Now my dinner guest is over 6ft tall and was clearly standing and moving when the bust boy pushed him from behind and kept going. The guy didnt even apologize, turn around or anything! Just rude! We were leaving and didn't want to cause a scene, so we didnt bother to say anything, but GOSH! The disrespect was sooo BOLD! These are tough times for most restaurants, and we get that. Yet waiting a few seconds for guests to move or taking another route would not have cost this younger man anything. Besides the long wait time for food arrival and the leaving incident, everything else was fine.

Called in to reserve, were told 20 min wait and when we came in 20 min they said we didn’t call and we need to wait another 40 min. And it was not said in a nice way. We left and called longhorn which is like 2 min away. They also said 20 min so we headed that way and were given table as soon as we walked in and we had a way nicer experience! So don’t waste your time on outback just head over to longhorn! Longhorn was Waaay busier than Outback, but it didn’t affect the wait time or quality of the service!

I just wanna give a shout out to Mo! We didn't have a great experience the first time we went and he went back and made my daughter a whole new meal himself and gave the kids cute little Outback koalas. We went again tonight just because my daughter has been asking to come see Mo! He's her new best friend. He's super sweet to the kids and even gave my son an extra side of fruit cause he didn't want him to take his sister's 😂 he totally turned our bad time around the first time and gave us a great time this time!
