Could’ve went to narnia and back by the time we got our food. 2hrs and 15mins to get said food. Then when the food came out it was cold, and my wife ordered a ribeye but got a sirloin. Server was trying but could’ve been better. Steak had no seasoning either, and ordered a baked potato but they said they had no potatoes then brought out mashed potatoes. Must’ve been instant potatoes with how shitty they were. Overall disgusting. Best thing was the beer.

Sat at this establishment for an hour and 30 minutes to be seated. To overhear the hostesses say the kitchen is bagged up. No communication, no huge crowd. Cooks just back there a hour behind. That wouldn’t be an issue if it was communicated an hour and a half before waiting to be seated. Very unprofessional, and annoying while hungry with children. Also even more annoying nothing is communicated and you just have to find out from over hearing.

I really hate to give Outback less than 5 stars because I've always loved Outback. Its always been one of my favorites. Maybe it was just an off night but the food was absolutely horrible. I placed an order to go with the bartender who was very nice and gave me a sweet tea while I waited. My girlfriend wanted a steakhouse salad and I ordered grilled chicken over pasta. Can't remember the name, and a blooming onion. Of course I didnt open anything til I got back home but when I did the first thing I noticed was a burnt blooming onion that tasted like it was friend in either old oil or the oil was burnt and needed to be changed. It was disgusting. The smokehouse salad was ok i guess. Didnt look anything like the the pic in the menu. Appeared to be just a basic lettuce salad with a few pieces of steak cut up any thrown on top. The chicken pasta stuff was by far the worst. The spices on the chicken didnt even make sense, had way too much paprika on it and something bitter, not sure what spice that was unless it was burnt garlic and the paste was the worst I've ever had in a restaurant. Over half of the noodles were stuck together which should never happen in a restaurant and I didnt even see a sauce or cream sauce which was supposed to be some sort of sauce on top of the pasta but nothing. So here I am at home still hungry because I just cant eat this mess and im trying really hard to justify paying $70 for this crap. Thats including a 20% tip just because to bartender was nice. But as I'm looking at everything I got versus the money I spent i just cant justify it. You can look at all my reviews on everyone else and see if rarely review a place with less that 3 stars and hardly ever talk bad about a place but this one just made me mad because I love outback and hated to see the food go downhill like it has apparently. Probably not gonna go back
