This is my favorite panda express to visit. I usually get the white rice with orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. The orange chicken is always nice and soft, and the teriyaki chicken is always nice and tender… Never been here and they not the white rice, which is a problem at other locations.
Had great service today during lunchtime. 8/28/25. Francis was working at the drive thru and handled our order above and beyond. Will definitely go back just because he gave us amazing customer service.
Pratville Panda Express is okay if you’re looking for a quick and affordable meal, but it’s not always consistent at this location. Today I sat in the drive-thru waiting to be greeted. I actually had to say hello, and even then, an employee kind of rushed me to order. Sometimes the food is fresh and flavorful, but other times it feels like it’s been sitting out too long.
