Our visit to.Panera is always nice as we eat out on the patio which is dog friendly. My Beagle loves visiting Panera.. Food was tasty.

No Four Cheese Egg Souffles at 8:30am? They tried pushing a different flavor. When I asked if they can make Four Cheese, I was told no. I'm done with this location... Prices have also when up considerably, so maybe it's time to ditch Panera all together.

I like the place alright, but don't pay the up-charge for the side of fruit. In my experience, it's usually not very fresh. The apples are usually good though.

On 10/22 or 10/21/23 , I had to take my salad back because they gave me bad lettuce! Like it was evident that the lettuce had been frozen and thawed. Greg was great on the refund, but c'mon bad lettuce is sooo visible. Today, 10/26/23 I place a drive-thru rapid pick up order , the order ticket says "no Caesar + greek dressing"- low and behold, no greek dressing and I am allergic to ceasar- I call, as always, Greg is fantastic, but this is the 2nd time in less than a week that I have had to call, complain and have to take the time out of my day to go back when convenient! Oh and once again HORRIBLE lettuce! I think they are trying to kill me! I hate complaining let alone having to back track! I literally eat their 3-4 times a week, as a regular, I would think they would treat me better!

As soon as you come in there is a tablet so you can order directly yourself instead of waiting in line to talk to an employee. At the counter there is another one. We chose to wait a bit to talk to a human. The food is overpriced, but you are paying for the name as you can order, pick-up your own food, and clear your table. The food was ready pretty quickly and you just go up to the counter to pick it up. If you have leftovers you can go back up and pick up wrapping paper and just ask for a sticker so you can wrap it up and take it home. It is a nice location that is clean.
Every time I go to this location, everyone is so sweet and kind. Tonight I met the manager Carol who was also very nice so now I know that it’s because they have great management! I love coming here. My food is always delicious too.

The building is so dangerously dark on outside. There are no pole lights or anything. The panera sign from street don't even light up. I'm surprised they even get sales at night. Parking lot was full of customers, mostly teenagers hangout spot. I almost hit a group of them it was so dark. GET SOME LIGHTS.

The menu inside the store is somewhat vague. The descriptions of the food left me wondering what I was actually ordering. Other than that everything was great.

I literally order the same thing every time I go to Panera. I just don’t understand how I get charged for extra cheese when this is what a large salad with extra cheese to go looks like. Very disappointing. That’s the regular amount if not less than the regular amount but I paid a dollar more for extra cheese. ??♀️
