Never again.
We love sonic food, but we will never visit this particular Location again. We had a visit earlier this year with the service was very slow. However, we decided since we had a little extra time we try it again again. 40 minutes to bring one burger to our car. 40 minutes. There is absolutely no excuse for that kind of delay at a “fast food“ Restaurant.

No idea how these people stay in business. Not only did I go there once but 4 times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and everytime it took 30+ minutes to answer the button. Pretty sorry, especially just to get a cup of ice. Highly do not recommend, not only do they not have a drive thru, but expect you to put up with their lack of customer service. If you can’t handle the business either shut down or hire better help. Multiple customers besides me left all times without their orders being taken.

Absolutely 💯 love the water w sugar free flavorings keeps me from drinking caffeine while on runs. Always fast and friendly service. Don't usually eat fast food but the brioche sandwich is so good

Placed an order in with the app. It was only about a 2 mile drive, but man, my order was done ASAP and piping hot. Thanks Sonic!!!!!

Cant seem to get orders correct. I ordered a chili cheese foot long and medium tots with chili and cheese and only received my chili cheese dog. This is the second time this has happened and i wont be using uber eats with sonic ever again or probably in person either. This location has declined terribly.

Waited 45 minutes for nuggets and a drink.... Had to flag someone down to finally get my food because they weren't answering the intercoms at all. Horrible.... Just Don’t.

This place is an absolute joke! You wait forever no matter what you order, the food is never right, and the attitude is just awful. I ordered two drinks on the app for happy hour and I sat in the stall for over an hour waiting for two drinks no food I even checked in to make sure they didn’t forget and when the drinks came out after an hour they were watered down with no ice in them. I ordered door dash through them a few weeks ago I ordered a breakfast burrito with mozzarella sticks and a large drink, it took them 45 minutes to even complete the order and when I received my food it was a cheese burger with onion rings. The onion rings tasted like they had been fried in the same oil as something sweet they were awful. The recipe from that day had my original order on it so it was not the dasher picking up the wrong bag. A few days ago I tried again because I really want this burrito but I decided to make it a simple order and just order the burrito and tots I wait over an hour and the order finally arrived. I got someone’s $40.00 order instead of my $10.00 order I’m not sure if this was the dashers fault or not but with everything else that’s happened I’m assuming it’s Sonic’s fault. So still really wanting this burrito I go myself today at 8:00am I sit in the stall for a good 15 minutes and no one has even come over the speaker to take my order so I mash the button again and another 15 minutes goes but still no answer so I push the button again and finally about 10 minutes later someone finally asked to take my order. I would understand and cut some slack if they are busy and have other customers…. I’m the only one there. So when she finally asked to take my order I order just the burrito no drink no side nothing, she tells me it’s going to be over 20 minutes before it is ready they open at 6:00 am and I’m there at 8:00 so I ask her why it’s going to take 20 minutes to get the order and she then tells me “ don’t come at her with that kind of attitude” so I respond with “yall are awful at customer service” and drive off still no burrito. To say this place is a joke is an understatement. They have been awful for years!

I wouldn’t come here for water if my ass was on fire. Terrible service, avoid unless you have time and money to kill. 28 minute wait on a only Diet Coke with Cherry. It took prompting to receive the order.

Don't get me wrong; the food is good, but the service is atrocious. Half of the stalls don't work and the ones that do work barely do. I refuse to shout into the mic to be heard; if hearing the customers is a problem, wouldn't it make sense to come outside and take the order? Well, this didn't happen last night. The young lady who I was trying to place an order with just stopped communicating with me after I spoke loud and clear into the speaker. Again, we shouldn't have to shout to be heard.
After waiting for a few more minutes of silence, I decided to leave like I saw other customers so the same thing. But then again, I saw one truck park in 2 different stalls and decided to leave. I imagine they left due to both stalls not working. I suppose I'll have to go to another Sonic location which is unfortunate considering this one is closer to my residence. To be a great restaurant, you must have both great food and great service. However, this location is severely lacking the latter.
