Don't get me wrong; the food is good, but the service is atrocious. Half of the stalls don't work and the ones that do work barely do. I refuse to shout into the mic to be heard; if hearing the customers is a problem, wouldn't it make sense to come outside and take the order? Well, this didn't happen last night. The young lady who I was trying to place an order with just stopped communicating with me after I spoke loud and clear into the speaker. Again, we shouldn't have to shout to be heard.
After waiting for a few more minutes of silence, I decided to leave like I saw other customers so the same thing. But then again, I saw one truck park in 2 different stalls and decided to leave. I imagine they left due to both stalls not working. I suppose I'll have to go to another Sonic location which is unfortunate considering this one is closer to my residence. To be a great restaurant, you must have both great food and great service. However, this location is severely lacking the latter.

This has to be the slowest Sonic in Alabama. Even using the app to order ahead, you have to wait 25 minutes for 5 drinks.

Ordered my food online, the website told me to go to the thing to press the res button for service for my online order I sat there for 20 minutes, pressing the button at most 3 times. Still without service. I had the flag the guy down to tell him i had an online order, though he was nice, we missed like half our order. I had to ask 3 separate times to retrieve my missing food, with some of the stuff still wrong. We left and ate our food. By the time i reached the end of my drink, there was a hair in it. Honestly it looked like a pubic hair. Service was okay as it can get i guess Food was terrible The fact that i had to wait 20 minutes just to ask for my already ordered food is crazy. The hair being in my drink is absolutely insane.

Waited an hour for our food. Many cars came and left. We bussed back and asked how much longer and the lady I think her name was star? Was very rude saying it wouldn't be much longer. 10 minutes go by as another 2 cars come and go. We buss back to check again. The same person rude as ever said it's coming. 10 mins later the food comes. No sorry for the wait or anything. Extremely disappointed

Not a whole lot of complaints food's not bad, they just need to make up their mind what is on sale when it's on sale because whenever I went there I got a footlog and then they said oh you get buy one get one. So I was like okay so I went back there like a week later and I was wanting the same thing. The footlong buy one get one but they said oh we're not having it and I said okay so I was about to leave and they said oh no we'll do it real quick. So they were trying to give me the Bible and get one because I was about to leave. Doesn't make any sense. It's either you have the Bible and get one free hot dog or you don't

Stopped by this location on a long road trip. Other than taking 35 minutes to receive my food which was an app order, I noticed brown floating contents once my slushie had melted. I have been vomiting all day & truly disgusted with this experience. Never again!

This is the slowest location I have ever been to. Waited 30 mins just for a sweet tea. The sad part is I was the only customer there in the beginning and I watched Six car got waited on before me. I had to call for service to get my order and when I received it, it was watered down so I had colored water not tea. I hate coming to this location. I will go to the Millbrook location from now on. I have tried this location too many time and I get the same results every time. It doesn't make any sense to be this slow. You can't leave after paying your money through the app. If I could give this location a Zero I would.
They answered the speaker 3 times telling me to hold on before I got my order taken an hour later. Then they tell me they’ve cleaned their ice cream machine which was the reason I came so I wasted an hour of my night for nothing. I came back the next day cause I really wanted a M&M blast, and I waited 40 minutes for my food which 15 of those minutes it was “on the way.” My fries were lukewarm, my “smash burger” was just a regular burger, and my M&M blast was somewhat melted and had no whipped cream or crushed M&M’s on top. I most likely will never be eating here again.

My last stop here, the tater tots were a bit crunchy. The sandwich I got was great. The best part was the lady who took my order and brought me my food she was incredibly nice and sincere. I would go here again just because she was so nice.
