The food was good. I had the popcorn chicken and it was yummy. The person that brought our food was very nice. The person taking the orders were very rude.

The service at this Sonic is absolutely horrid! We stopped in for a snack...an order of tater tots and an order of onion rings. We waited, and waited, and waited. 40 min we waited and still no food! We tried getting an update through the speaker but no one would even respond to us after we pushed the button. My husband had a Dr appt at the VA, and the extended wait time was causing him to run late. So we had to leave without our food! There is no excuse for making people wait 45 min for a 2 item order and not even give them an update on how long it would be for the order to arrive! I even had a nice tip out and ready to give our server. I'll never go to that location again! 😡

Be mindful of what you get. I ordered a frito chilli cheese burrito and got this thing. Cost was close to 5 bucks. Wife got chicken tots and fries and all was cold.

I wish I had gotten her name but to the sweet lady that wished my kiddo happy birthday and made him feel so special, he hasn’t stopped talking about how cool you are! She has just the kindest energy and is amazing! Definitely made my mom heart super happy!

2 bad experiences with this location within a short span of time. 1) They closed early because they didn't have any cooks. The guy came out and told me after if placed my mobile order that it would go back on my card. It never did. 2) I ordered through the app again and pulled up at 11:05am and checked in and sat there until 11:50 while every car before and after me got their food. Never got mine.
2nd time going to Sonic because my grands had to have it. App did not work again!! Screne said call was acknowledged but no one answered. Someone finally answered only to say they would be right back and didn't come back!!! Finally got acknowledgement and our drinks were free.

Never again. We love sonic food, but we will never visit this particular Location again. We had a visit earlier this year with the service was very slow. However, we decided since we had a little extra time we try it again again. 40 minutes to bring one burger to our car. 40 minutes. There is absolutely no excuse for that kind of delay at a “fast food“ Restaurant.
