Waited 30 minutes on 2 drinks. The workers were just standing around when we can clearly see our drinks through the window, also we were the only car there & ordered ahead in the app. I love Sonic but millbrook is way better.

Slowest restaurant in Prattville, Alabama. Wouldn't be so bad if the food was hot when you finally do get your order but sadly that's not the case. Be prepared to wait 10+ minutes just to order and another 30 minutes for your food.If you drive for DoorDash, I'd decline their orders 100% of the time. You could easily spend an hour waiting on your customers food.

Waited for about 15 minutes before someone contacted us and immediately asked us if we could wait. While in the middle of answering, I was cut off with a "Thanks." I left after that. It's been a while since I went to this Sonic, and it'll be another while before I go back.

I have used the app to order ahead multiple times and each time I have had to wait over 30 minutes for my food to be delivered and almost every time something is either missing or wrong.The food is good and the workers have always been nice so it’s really unfortunate that the timing of service makes it not worth it.It would be an excellent place to eat if the service could just be a bit faster/smoother

I ordered the five for $10 double cheeseburgers. Also I ordered the pretzel and I ordered the tots with barbecue on it. The pretzel and the hamburgers were okay not great but okay. The service was okay. But the tots with barbecue were so horribly salty I could not eat them and I don't mean just a little bit salty but to the point of being offensive salty. They were absolutely disgusting. I used to buy things from the Sonic all the time and the food was pretty good. Lately the drinks and the food have gone down in quality. I'm not sure what's going on but I will seriously question if I'm going back anytime soon.

Awful I waited 35 minutes with no explanation or contact. I watched people come in after me order and get their food and leave. All I ordered was a double bacon cheeseburger and onion ring nothing major or complicated.

Think they are understaffed, I ordered on the app, waited 40 minutes and my food never came, tried to call but no answer ended up leaving and calling for a refund. There was one poor girl running food and I’d bet she was probably having to cook it too. The foods normally pretty good if it ever makes it to you though.
