If you need a yummy pick up during the day, go see the girls at Southern Bells. Highly recommend Southern Belle or Yellowstone. If you got a headache, add lemon niteworx to any tea to get immediate relief!

Visited the first time yesterday! excellent customer service. the young lady that waited on me was very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. I loved my drink, the "Train Wreck". I will be back!! I will say that it looks little from the outside, but it is pretty big on the inside. Nice atmosphere!!

Very disappointed at their lack of customer service. I will not be returning there. Fountain City Nutrition is just a few miles down the road and they go above and beyond for their customers. I will drive the extra distance.

This is a storefront for Herbalife products. When i ordered i noticed they had multiple jars of Herbalife on the shelf near the smoothie prep area, so i asked if that's what they used and they said yes...all their products were Herbalife. Do yourself a favor and just google Herbalife. Not only is it an MLM, but many reports of serious side effects from their "healthy" products. If you want a healthy smoothie, go to a place where they make it from scratch and not from some MLM-brand packet.

Cool smoothie bar with multiple low calorie/carb protein smoothie selections.Also, has a big selection of specialty tea mixes.Staff is friendly and is a great small business alternative to the smoothie conglomerates.Update: prices are a touch steep. I enjoy them but ~8ish dollars per shake is very high (in my opinion).
