The workers in this establishment are extremely rude and unprofessional. The service we received today was unprofessional and made us very uncomfortable. We will likely not be back after having two poor experiences with one barista at the same location.

I Mobile ordered my coffee Frappuccino and it took over 30 minutes for me to receive my order. I wasnât the only one; I talked to another couple after I talked to the barista (I thought my mobile order didnât go through or someone took mine on accident); the lady in the couple said that they mobile ordered 30 minutes down the road and their order was still not ready. There is no reason why it should take this long when the store wasnât even busy. This is the slowest Starbucks Iâve ever been to. This Starbucks needs better staffingâthe barista was also rude when I asked if she got an order for (insert my name here). Iâm a local and have no choice but to use this Starbucks. If you are from out of town then I do not recommend this Starbucks. I recommend using the one of the locations in Montgomery instead.

Drive thru takes FOREVER and sometimes after youâve waited 15/20 minutes in the drive thru you get up to the speaker & tell you â sorry weâre closing the store for the day & cannot take your orderâ at 10am

My sister and I went in only to get a gift card. We waited in line for 20 minutes with 2 people in front of us. The worker wouldnât even look at us and when the other worker came in she didnât look at anyone and wasnât doing anything. We couldnât even get the card.

Every thing I go they make my drink wrong and the last time I paid for 3 large drinks they gave my 3 smalls charged me for three large I was running late so I told them to forget it .... The Starbucks in Montgomery always gets it perfectly if I'm not going that way I'll go to D.D?hope this
