It's a Starbucks, and not even the best I've been in. Lately it has seemed they are having trouble with the staff making drinks right. The last 3 visits all of my drinks have had something wrong. They are always willing to remake them, which is a good sign.

Still is a Starbucks, so you know what you're getting.

Coffee and food are good. It was very clean, and everyone was nice, but I overheard a worker named Alexis or something using profanity in front of my family. Unfortunately, I don’t think I will come back again; I'd much rather go to the Cobbs Ford location!

Was heading back to Indiana from Florida and stopped for a alabama cup. We met an employee named Liz who was absolutely fantastic. Gave a ton of recommendations and very personable. Honestly thinking about making this a regular stop when we go back to Florida.

I’m a frequent Starbucks customer and typically visit the Cobbs Ford location, where I consistently receive excellent service. Today, however, I stopped by the new location simply because I was nearby. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share.
I ordered a White Mocha Frappuccino, which I’ve had many times, including earlier today, so I’m very familiar with how it should taste and appear. This version was clearly made incorrectly, as it lacked the coffee base. The drink was completely white, which is not consistent with how it should look when made properly.

When I brought this to the attention of the employee at the drive-thru, she insisted it contained coffee. However, due to the car behind me, I was asked to come inside for resolution. I did so calmly and respectfully, simply requesting that the drink be remade correctly given the price point, nearly $8 per drink.

To my surprise, the employee responded by snatching the cup from my hand and giving me visibly frustrated looks. She then proceeded to remake the drink the same incorrect way. At that point, I chose not to escalate the situation and quietly left, heading to the Cobbs Ford location to have the drink made correctly.

I am very disappointed by this experience, especially at a brand new location where first impressions are so important. I’ve rarely had issues with Starbucks, and when I have, the staff has always been understanding and accommodating. This experience, however, was unacceptable and did not reflect the standard of service I’ve come to expect from the brand.

I placed a mobile order at 3:27 pm and I live 12 minutes away. When I got there the lady said they were still working on it. I didn’t get my drink until 3:54.

We have used both places the drive thru and the inside. Both are nice. I think the drive thru is slower than going inside. I think this is because they are making sure everything is right as far as your order goes. Every time we go through the drive thru everything is always right. They do a job 👍👍👍
