I probably ordered wrong or something, but I came in early to sit and study. The lady who took my order was very welcoming and attentive, but ultimately I didnt get what I thought I ordered. I may have ordered wrong tbh. I will say the music was very loud and even with my noise canceling headphones in it was difficult to focus on my studies.

Honestly this location sucks. I thought they needed time to work out the kinks but this location is consistently slow. If you come for coffee in the morning make sure you set aside 20 minutes to stop here. Mobile orders aren’t put into production until you arrive.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Worst coffee I’ve had in a long time. They messed my frappes and they tasted like burnt rubber and cleaning supplies. Not a single thing that I ordered tasted even remotely good. Don’t come to this starbucks.

When I got my frappe, I spilled it. I told cashier and they made me another one. No question asked. Highly recommend the mocha frappe.

Literally it’s Christmas and it’s past 5am when the store opens. Everyone is getting out of their cars like all workers like after the time I got there. I was the car with the stickers all over it this morning around 5:19-5:29am and me and my bf literally got off work at the casino to get some coffee and I was gonna tip everyone $20-$30 dollars each because yea I know it sucks working on Christmas. But the customer service was horrible not even a greeting from the speaker, no hello, just silence. We decided to leave and two girls this morning just talking away at the counter and knew I was there. Like I get it working holidays sucks trust me I get it. But the service today was horrible.

Thoroughly enjoyed it! Will DEFINITELY be returning. There are 2 Starbucks in Prattville and this is the better of the two. Not saying anything is wrong with the other one, but this one earned my money! Keep up the good work!!

Got my crème brulee latte this morning added cold foam. The was some topping at but it wasn’t cold foam I think that it was whipped cream but if you’re charging $1.25 for cold foam you need to put cold foam and I should not be melted away 5 minutes after I get the drink. And the coffee was gross. I don’t know if it was old or what but I left an awful after taste in my mouth. I tried to call the store but it kept on hanging up on the first ring.

It's a Starbucks, and not even the best I've been in. Lately it has seemed they are having trouble with the staff making drinks right. The last 3 visits all of my drinks have had something wrong. They are always willing to remake them, which is a good sign.

Still is a Starbucks, so you know what you're getting.

I just love Meg, Ken and the rest of the crew!!!!! They’re literally my family and my favorite people. I see them every single day! They always take care of me and show me love and keep me encouraged and I love them with all my heart! There’s not enough stars to give to these ladies!

Coffee and food are good. It was very clean, and everyone was nice, but I overheard a worker named Alexis or something using profanity in front of my family. Unfortunately, I don’t think I will come back again; I'd much rather go to the Cobbs Ford location!
