I went out of my way to go to this location, as I have been happy with them in the past. My past experience is why they get 2 stars.
I was excited to eat and went in expecting to use the coupon I had received in the mail about a mile away from this location. I asked the girl at the counter (who was kind and greeted me with a smile) which sandwiches were excluded, and she said that they are not a participating location. They wanted 3 to 4 dollars more per sandwich than what was on the coupon. So I just left without the delicious meal I was expecting, and it made my stressful day even worse.
Now, instead of going out of my way to go to this location, I'll go out of my way to go somewhere else. I know they technically have the right to not accept the coupons (despite the fact that we are in their area and they are a chain store, which should be consistent across the country), but it feels like the bait and switch. If you can't stay in business without sending me coupons that you have no intention of honoring, it sounds like you shouldn't be in business.
I will NEVER RETURN to this location.

I brought a whole basketball team to this place where the bus and very fast and efficient. The portions were very good considered. What most subways give you. The manager was really nice and overall one of the best subway experiences that I’ve ever had as a bus driver thanks for the great service.

1 star because the food was good. Service personnel needs better training, or Subway, in general, needs a better online policy. I placed an online order at 5:47p.m. the app said it should be ready at 6:05. I arrived at the store right at 6:00 with a school basketball team placing their order. One of the chaperones asked if I wanted to go ahead of them, and I explained that I had an online order. They kept making orders where I had assumed one of them were mine. The person that asked if I wanted to jump in front of them had finished their meal before I got my order at 6:30.

Please hire someone with a friendlier attitude to work mornings. This is the second time I’ve frequented this location during morning hours where customer service is nonexistent. The Black female employee who wears glasses is awful. Rude for no apparent reason. Another Prattville restaurant I will no longer support.
The associate was rude and unprofessional. I ordered a cold cut salad and got the torn, instead of cut, bologna end of the meat. When I 've gotten it before the cold cut meat was sliced down the middle and I got other meat too. I ordered ranch dressing but it must have been ranch with other herbs or something. This is the second time I have been to this location and received bad service.

Customer Service was nothing I was expecting! Greeted me by saying “what’s up” which I informed the lady with glasses that I wanted to place an order and she informed me yea what can I get for you. She also explained to me they were out of all bread but wheat. Food was good and she made the sandwich very nice but the customer service is the reason I will not return.
I brought my elderly parents to subway to get the 6.99 as seen on TV special for a footling. Also brought coupons received in Prattville mailer. Store told us they don't participate. We left and told staff thats why no one is here eating. We were trying to eat on a budget. We left and went next door to cicis, who gave us a special coupon of 4.99 per person for buffet., and they were packed. See pics. Check out their review! Subway---do better! Participate in promos! We live on fixed income and eat out with coupons and promos only. You are missing out on a huge demographic! Do better!!

Went to grab some subs for dinner, and when it was time to veggies on my subs, there was barely anything left to choose from. I asked if there was any in the cooler, and he told me he didn't. So I had naked subs that I paid $30 for. And to top it off the employee scared me cause he wasn't feeling good and he went pale out of no where and was breathing heavily and I asked him if he was okay and if he needed me to call 911?! He said he was fine, so I paid for my subs and left.

Same as other prattville location. Food is as expected but they don't accept coupons. This really should be posted on the flipping door. I previously posted a review on the other prattville location regarding not accepting coupons. I live less than 10 minutes away and received 3 copies of coupons in the mail the other day. On that day when deciding where to go eat I decided on subway because I had coupons. The coupon itself isn't a big deal. Saving $2 isn't a big deal. But the coupon is why I decided on subway for the day. It's just so silly but I get this feeling of being baited. Gotchya moment from a large corporation. I won't be back to either of the subways ever and maybe not each subway for a long while. I just feel disrespected. It looks like nothing on paper and I even sound like I'm just complaining but as I get older I notice that customer service is just gone. I could've eaten at many other places with better food those days. A part of me wants to go out of my way several times a month to order food there and when they don't accept coupon I just walk away making them waste they're time and money just as they did mine.
