They were decked out for the holidays and all ingredients were super fresh. Staff even cut the sandwiches into quarters and asked if we were dining in or carrying out. Super clean too! One of the best subway experiences I've ever had.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch bowl, the lady/man behind the counter didnt cut up any of the veggies on I had to ask twice and the bacon was raw, the other customers couldn't even hear them speak because they mumbled so low. Worst Subway ever.

Wow the sandwich was wrong 2 times in a row the employee scraped the food off the bread and asked if I wanted her to remake it I said yes her friend said something under her breath just go to firehouse

I hate not to be asked before they put a sauce on my sandwich before asking if I want it. 2nd time at this subway leaving unhappy. It was my last time going there. My sandwich was not edible. The sauce was dripping off of it. I hate when you can tell the employees are just there for a check. No Customer Service at all!!

Tried out their new sandwich today the hot honey pepperoni. The sandwich was good but nothing as described and virtually no meat on the sandwich. Check out the pictures. It shows probably 15 to 20 pieces of Pepperoni on the sandwich yet you only get like three

I went out of my way to go to this location, as I have been happy with them in the past. My past experience is why they get 2 stars.

I was excited to eat and went in expecting to use the coupon I had received in the mail about a mile away from this location. I asked the girl at the counter (who was kind and greeted me with a smile) which sandwiches were excluded, and she said that they are not a participating location. They wanted 3 to 4 dollars more per sandwich than what was on the coupon. So I just left without the delicious meal I was expecting, and it made my stressful day even worse.

Now, instead of going out of my way to go to this location, I'll go out of my way to go somewhere else. I know they technically have the right to not accept the coupons (despite the fact that we are in their area and they are a chain store, which should be consistent across the country), but it feels like the bait and switch. If you can't stay in business without sending me coupons that you have no intention of honoring, it sounds like you shouldn't be in business.

I will NEVER RETURN to this location.

I brought a whole basketball team to this place where the bus and very fast and efficient. The portions were very good considered. What most subways give you. The manager was really nice and overall one of the best subway experiences that I’ve ever had as a bus driver thanks for the great service.

1 star because the food was good. Service personnel needs better training, or Subway, in general, needs a better online policy. I placed an online order at 5:47p.m. the app said it should be ready at 6:05. I arrived at the store right at 6:00 with a school basketball team placing their order. One of the chaperones asked if I wanted to go ahead of them, and I explained that I had an online order. They kept making orders where I had assumed one of them were mine. The person that asked if I wanted to jump in front of them had finished their meal before I got my order at 6:30.

Please hire someone with a friendlier attitude to work mornings. This is the second time I’ve frequented this location during morning hours where customer service is nonexistent. The Black female employee who wears glasses is awful. Rude for no apparent reason. Another Prattville restaurant I will no longer support.

The associate was rude and unprofessional. I ordered a cold cut salad and got the torn, instead of cut, bologna end of the meat. When I 've gotten it before the cold cut meat was sliced down the middle and I got other meat too. I ordered ranch dressing but it must have been ranch with other herbs or something. This is the second time I have been to this location and received bad service.
