Their sushi rice is overcooked, mushy and flavorless. I've had way better sushi at the commissary on base. We were seated quickly and the service was okay, however the sushi is definitely sub-par and they rely heavily on sauces and toppings.

I've always loved this place. The food has been fantastic up until the last 6 months or so. Maybe they have someone different preparing the food. I'm not sure. The last 4 or 5 times I've eaten here my roll was blah. Either mushy or hard and sometimes hard to chew. Please show a little more love to the sushi rolls.

Mihaela was amazing!!! She was the absolute best server I’ve ever had. She took our order while making great suggestions and took her time with us. She made sure we were happy and checked on us after we got the food. You can tell how genuine with how she spoke to us and dealt with us. We’ll be back soon!!!

They barely give a pinch of ginger, not enough to eat with 1 roll. If you order to go- they'll charge you for extra ginger, but if you sit in- they don't. So you won't get charged consistently or get the same size miso soup to-go every time, but it's better than osaka quality wise. Servers are always kind and that's really the only reason I come back, because I can't highly praise a restaurant that punishes you with extra charges for ordering to go when it gives them more space to seat people and make more $ in the long run.

I got a Poke bowl with sushi rice, salmon, crab, cucumbers, and masago with eel sauce and yum yum on top. It was so good and I enjoyed it. The host was friendly but I got it to go so I can’t speak on the rest of the staff.
We ordered 40 plus minutes ahead & told them that we would be there to pick up regardless.... When we arrived they said another lady had taken our order??? We had to wait while they made our order again, plus they charged us for a yum yum sauce & to teriyaki sauce, didn't offer any discount or anything. Plus we had to leave a tip standing at the register while waiting on our food. Tipping has gone crazy when you do not even sit down inside a restaurant & eat. No refilling drinks, cleaning your table, etc... what happened to common courtesy of you make a mistake or a whoopsie, you correct it.???

Great place to get sushi! Tonight I called and ordered 5 rolls but I said the names wrong. When they gave me the rolls I realized we got something wrong. Even though I was the reason for getting the order wrong they still made me 5 more rolls and didn’t charge me! Great customer service I’ll be coming back weekly
