I got a Poke bowl with sushi rice, salmon, crab, cucumbers, and masago with eel sauce and yum yum on top. It was so good and I enjoyed it. The host was friendly but I got it to go so I can’t speak on the rest of the staff.

We ordered 40 plus minutes ahead & told them that we would be there to pick up regardless.... When we arrived they said another lady had taken our order??? We had to wait while they made our order again, plus they charged us for a yum yum sauce & to teriyaki sauce, didn't offer any discount or anything. Plus we had to leave a tip standing at the register while waiting on our food. Tipping has gone crazy when you do not even sit down inside a restaurant & eat. No refilling drinks, cleaning your table, etc... what happened to common courtesy of you make a mistake or a whoopsie, you correct it.???

Great place to get sushi! Tonight I called and ordered 5 rolls but I said the names wrong. When they gave me the rolls I realized we got something wrong. Even though I was the reason for getting the order wrong they still made me 5 more rolls and didn’t charge me! Great customer service I’ll be coming back weekly

I attempted to give this feedback directly to the restaurant, but their feedback system was not cooperating. Today, I ordered take out and explained to the staff member taking my order that I was unfamiliar with the menu, as I have only been there once or twice before many months ago. After telling her what I wanted, she showed me the menu and rang me up for a teriyaki bowl. I went to my car to wait, and when I returned to pick it up, she informed me that she did not remember that they only serve dinner on Saturdays, and I’d have to pay a difference. After some confusion about the way it was being explained, I was told that what I ordered was a “lunch” item for M-F only, and had to pay the difference for the “dinner” version. I refrained from arguing, and just paid the difference but I felt it was wrong for them to make me pay, instead of owning their own mistake and/or just making the lunch version. I felt it was poor customer service & the food was not worth the money.
Omgosh. Where do I start. My feet stuck to the floor the entire time and you could hear the waitress's feet sticking to the floor.
Someone at another table noticed it as well as he would lift his foot and touch it to the floor several times while making that face. I had the Daniel Roll.... more like sushi soup. The topping was wet like watery and there was so much sauce on the roll it just all soaked down into the roll making it wet.
The ginger salad had so much onion salt and garlic salt in it, it just blew up my pallette and killed the taste of everything else.

Stopped here for lunch on our way back from Florida on a Saturday. I ordered a poke bowl with spicy tuna and spicy crab, huge portion and really tasty! It also came with a choice of a side salad or soup. My kids had the small tuna rolls, which were just okay. We called in our order, and the food was ready in about 10 minutes.
