Worst taco bell in area was pulled up for a small order was out there waiting for over ,20 min they had 4 other cars pulled around I went in got refund will not return here horrible management

Placed a mobile order and waited in drive thru for 10 minutes..two cars in front of me pulled off from what I assume was the wait time. Tried to go in and pick up food they said I had to go through drive thru. I went through drive thru and they told me to park put front. After 5 minutes an employee came out and asked if the food/order he had was mine...it was not....another few minutes he literally did the same thing..again different order than mine. After another 10 minutes I received the correct order but no napkins or sauce...so I had to go inside again. A fast food establishment took over half an hour to get order. No explanation, no apologies.

Was really craving a crunch wrap and cool ranch taco combo, but I haven't had time to come in to order and door dash didn't have the option to select cool ranch.
Long story short, I gave a call, they were super nice, and definitely delivered the cool ranch taco!!!

Went to go pick up my order at the drive-thru. They said they didn't have it and told me it's not here and it's in another location probably, after confirming that the order was placed at this Taco Bell, they kept insisting that my food was not there, I didn't appreciate their tone. Suddenly they read off my order and told me to pull up. When I pulled up they were quick about handing me the food and closing the window. All I can say is that someone there does not know how to read or apologize. Customer service needs work.

This new location has the best customer service I’ve ever received at any Taco Bell!! The manager name Crystal is super sweet & respectful. She makes sure that I am satisfied with my order & apologizes for any inconvenience. Definitely a 10/10!!
