The family was in town for the Blue Angels show and decided to give the Goat Bar and Grill a try. We were so happy with the service on Friday that we came back on Saturday day. Ashley was an awesome server and took care of us. We recommend the Goat.

Ok. My wife and I wanted to try something different on our anniversary, so we wound up at The Goat. They sat us at some random table away from everyone else like... off in some corner with nothing at all near it. Pretty weird. Our server we saw just a few times, our drinks took 30 minutes to arrive, our food came out cold, what a strange experience. We paid, and on the way out saw they had flights of lemon drop martinis. My wife LOVES those things, so we went and set at the bar to try one. Welp, this saved the evening 100%. The bartender (30's black lady, tall, i honestly forget her name) was a DREAM and was so great to us. We ended up hanging out for quite a while and told her about the meal... and she took such great care of us. This is the kind of person that will grow your business. We will be back, and we will sit at the bar exclusively. I advise you to do the same.

Our server was a young lady named Taylor. She was very sweet and fast. She came to our table almost immediately after we were seated. Or beer and appetizer came out extremely quick. Our main meal came out just as quickly. I had the ribeye and it was delicious. My husband had the salmon and said it was fantastic. Fastest and best service we have had anywhere in town in a long while. Will definitely come back and ask for Taylor!

It is very rare that I leave a one star review. Our server was very patient with us. The bartender on the other hand... we had ordered two margarita flights on National margarita day. We almost didn't get our flights because they had run out of the glasses they used for them. We ordered our food and our food came before the flights. The food was terrible. It was all frozen from a bag and reheated. I ordered boneless wings (first mistake) and fries. They were room temperature and overly breaded. My friend ordered a pizza and it was a frozen pizza and the size that should be on the kids menu. A couple other friends ordered burgers and they were just basic flavorless burgers. We still hadn't received our flights by the time we were done eating. We ordered separate drinks while waiting for the flights. By the time the flights did come I asked to cancel my other drink since the flights came. Apparently the bartender was very impatient with our table and expressed that to our waiter. It was our waiter's first week. They were the nastiest margaritas I've ever had. They tasted like straight mixer and were way too sweet. We came on karaoke night (we were in town for work and didn't know it was karaoke night when we chose this night to go), so it was so loud and everyone in there was utterly obnoxious. We had to yell at each other from across the table just to talk. Overall it was probably one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had.

First time I came here, I legit loved it. Thought it was great. Came back a second time with my spouse. Another great time! Came to Thurs night family trivia and it is a no! Place is clean, staff is nice but I really want to understand how the military discount only applies to one item on your check. Server was nice but said the manager stated it's only for the military member's meal. Ok. But my entire meal still wasn't covered. I had an appetizer so it only applies to entrees. The other times I've come, it was applied to my entire meal. Just weird that there's such a discrepancy between the previous times I've come. The food wasn't even worth the money spent. I just wanted to have a good time with my family. I'd recommend coming on a weekday before 1700. Good has been fine until today. Very bland. And if you're a vegan or vegetarian, come with an open mind and ready to ask for modifications.
Service is a little slow, but that can be expected with a new place that is short staffed more often than not. The food is great and the servers that are working there have been friendly and attentive each time we have been there.

Unfortunately we did not eat while we were there. We went in with decently high expectations and at a time when it wasn't that busy. We were seated quickly but that is when the service stopped. We were only a party of three but we waited for 20 minutes without anyone coming to the table or even acknowledging that we were there. We all made contact with at least one server but no one said anything. After 20 minutes we left. We turned our menus into the woman at the front and let her know what happened and she made an excuse that our server was taking the order of a large party but there wasn't a party there more than 6 people whose order was not being taken. Overall kind of upset and probably won't go back because it was a huge turn off not even being talked to.

Atmosphere is too bright. Menu is very arrogant (high prices for items you can pretty much get anywhere in prattville). Ordered a tall beer, margarita, and fried pickles. $40. Was going to order entrees but the server waited until we tried the pickles. That was the big turn off. Greasy mess. Bad breading. $8. No. Who do you think you are? Never going back. This place will not survive.

Worst experience ever. The food was not at all good for the price they charging. I ordered a rib eye steak which was not correctly cooked as ordered. I request them to remake it, but it was same as the previous order. The drink was also not to the point. This restaurant definetely needs a new management team. I suggest not to try this place just to waste your money.

Went on a double date with my husband and friends and we enjoyed ourselves. It was super crowded, but we got our table within 15 minutes. Our server was super nice and helpful. Even being as busy as she was, she was still very accommodating and sweet. My husband and girl friend got wings and even though they were messy, they said they were really good. Her fiancé got a burger and I got chicken strips. Both very good. I will say, I didn't get a sauce for my strips, but I definitely will next time. They were good just kinda dry. My daughter got a grilled cheese and loved it too! We will definitely go back. Perfect for a fun date setting.
