Food is always good , great seafood. On the other hand , cashier who takes & serve to go orders has no type of professionalism hospitality or any form of customer service . I can recall 3 or 4 different times I’ve had an bad experience interacting with her . Today she got really disrespectful with my mom . I will never go back because of this one young cashier . Manager made everything right with us . We appreciated that . Great front service keeps customers coming back for more welcoming energy along with great food . Keep that in mind .

The food , service , cleanliness of restaurant was great . Didn't feel rushed like some restaurants , that are only looking to turn a table .
The Restaurant was cold & smelled horrible like old Mop water was being used over & over to clean the place. The food? I ordered fried oysters, Cajun fries, & Clam Chowder. Every last food item that I ordered tasted horrible. The oysters tasted burnt, the fries also tasted burnt with little to no flavor to them. The clam chowder? Tasted like it was the microwaveable kind you find in those cans or cups at Walmart. Definitely won’t be going back to this seafood restaurant

This restaurant is advertised as a place to eat. We arrived and saw empty tables but were asked to wait 10-20 mins ok cool. We sit down and wait,there's a live dj playing music in the 45 mins that we waited We must have heard dj or I am you dj 1000 times or more seemed like every minute of music he pressed the dj button on his sound board 3-5 times. We were never checked on. And there was people up dancing and shouting as if the place was a night club. Came for seafood and didn't even get to try any. Just horrible

Visited this establishment with a party of 16, we called ahead and them aware of our arrival time and the number of people with us. We arrived at the restaurant at and was seated around 745. Our waitress (Nicely) didn't come to our table until maybe 815. That was after someone from our party had to ask staff about our server. She got our drink orders and food orders then explained it may take some time for drinks to come out due to her having to put the order in and make drinks. We understood that. After sitting there about 15 minutes we noticed our waitress talking and laughing with other tables. We're still sitting there waiting for drinks utensils anything. It's now 900pm and no one has come back to the table with drinks or anything. A member of our party was looking for the restroom when she stopped an employee. That same employee asked if she was good to go. She then explains how our situation and the man begins walking around the restaurant looking for our waitress. After about another 15 minutes we finally decide we're not going to stay and we get up to leave. On our way out we're met by our waitress and the first lady we expressed our complaints to about not having drinks. They're both carrying drinks for our tables, we tell them we're not staying and to cancel everything. The lady, not our waitress begins telling us it took so long because she had to put our order in and make drinks. But our food is being cooked now. They did apologize but with the amount our tickets would have been plus the 18% gratuity I expect better service than that. I decided my group will be leaving. Other members of our party left as well. The manager was made aware of the situation and apologized then started defending the waitress explaining how she had to place orders and make the drinks. She then offered to take the gratuity off and started saying how the food was being cooked. Everything about our Juicy Seafood experience was unacceptable.Update: The members of the party that stayed said the manager apologized and even waited on them herself. I was also told she did what she could to rectify the situation.

Have shelled seafood allergy.. didn’t know they cooked their shelled seafood with their sides and I asked beforehand. I ordered eggs, corn, and potatoes and ended up with a bad allergic reaction. If you have a seafood allergy this is a warning DO NOT GO THERE, THEY CROSS CONTAMINATE THE FOOD.
