Multiple times my smoothie has just tasted bad, one day they put way too much spinach and it was so gross, today I think they put too much ice and it’s just watered down and not good. I ordered my peanut butter banana flatbread with no honey and no granola and both things were on there. Go to the one on memorial drive.

always awful service, if you can even call it that, it's just a much of teens hanging out and get to you if they want. barely make the food right, maybe adds one scoop of chicken to a chicken pesto. watery smoothies. tp went downhill bad

Had a terrible experience at this location off of exit 179 in Prattville, AL. The wraps we got were frozen and the guy cooking the food acted like he was high or he did not care about anything. The service was terrible and the food was terrible. We love tropical smoothie cafe but I will not stop here again. If the operator would like to know more just reply and we can talk about it. I’ll make time.

The manager Nathan is very rude. He called me and started talking to me crazy. They messed up my food twice in January and when I tried to reach out to him, he had his worker Ella's Kate to tell me every day that he wasn't there. I had to end up calling the other TS to even get him to respond.

Made a purchase for a paradise point and a turkey bacon ranch. Told the cashier to make my bacon crispy. Got my order, smoothie taste horrible and the sandwich was also. The bacon was raw and the bread was hard as a rock. Tried calling back 10 times to the store and the phone was off the hook. Money waisted!!

The smoothie was sour and tasted like the ingredients were rancid. That's after they took 15 minutes to make it with only myself and one other customer in the building with 3 employees working. The tables were all dirt and the staff were cursing every other word almost. I usually have a good experience at this chain but this location was abysmal.

Cashier didn't acknowledge anyone walking in the door n standing in line. Customer in front of me said hey how are you doing, cashier stayed silent. When it was my turn I wasn't greeted or thanked. He did answer my question with a real answer. The smoothie maker only acknowledge the 4 young guys who walked in later at the door. A new cashier has clocked in and she isn't ispeaking and has the most uncomfortable look on her face. She has her hands on her hips. I guess this is 2023 culture now. Pick n choose. Mobile ordering n delivery service should be closed due to there is 4 blenders and 1 employee

Not sure if they was having a bad day but they didn't call out my friends name to come and get her food 20 minutes later I went up and complained about it. They dropped something so loud in the back it sounded like bowls falling. The person taking orders was confused and got my friends order wrong from the beginning. Another person waiting was also complaining about service.
