Every time do you go to the drive-through you spend over 30 minutes in line. Then you get stuck in Line and have to go in.

I just went to tropical smoothie and drove up to the window to place my order because their speaker is broken. When I got to the window the young man just stood there looking at me. No how are you, no how can I help you just stared at me. I told him I wanted a paradise point and he just stared at me for another minute and then said, is that it? I am not sure what happened to customer service but it needs to come back and that guy needs some extensive training in it. Also I didn't want to leave a tip because if his rudness but the button for no tip on their card machine doesn't work. I am sure this is on purpose so that they are guaranteed a tip every time.

I love the smoothies, food, and facility.

So Im visiting from out of town and yet there is an old man coming in multiple times taking people orders. We waited over an hour because they are confused as to who took our order. They must be short on staff. However, deal with the customer who order was taken not make us wait a whole hour. Not professional at all.

The legends parkway location is hit or miss.

It's a small place,but they have tasty items. The atmosphere was okay. The employees were nice to everyone.

so we walk in and I tell my husband I'm going to the restroom. as I'm in the restroom and older black women with glasses approach my 4 yr old son asked him if he took his money out of the tip jar and he wasn't sure what she was asking so confused he looked at his dad my husband proceeded to tell my son tell her no you didn't. then as I walk out the restroom and up to the counter with my very excited 4 yr old this blonde girl Catherine Thornhill takes his cash right out of his hands right in front of me when I asked what she was doing she said he took it out of the tip jar and I said no he didn't I gave him 10 this morning for helping me with deliveries and this is where the conversation should have ended but she proceeded to say are you sure about that and I said yes I was but I check his wallet just to make sure and said see it is empty and for her to give my 4 yr old his 5 back. she then repeated her self adding we had a 5 in the tip jar and it is missing now. then I got upset because now she was accusing my 4 yr old of stealing and me of lying and I asked her if she was calling me a lair. then I told my family that we were leaving and going somewhere else because this was unacceptable behavior towards customers and more importantly my 4 yr old. she said fine do that and I told her I'd be contacting the owner she laughed and said go ahead. we walked out of the store I stopped and said just so you know he is 4 yrs old and you tried to take a 4 yrs money then proceed to put my son and daughter back in the car when the chick comes rushing out the door to say have a good one. this is absolutely horrible behavior and the first time I have ever experienced this. my son didn't understand why this happened because he has a autism and because of this he has communication and comprehension problems so he thought he was in trouble. I would love to hear from a manger I drove to the Cobbs Ford location one we frequently go to and told them what happened and left my phone number asking for them to reach out to me.

We absolutely love tropical smoothies food (when it’s right) but the service is awful 85% of the time. I once went inside just to be ignored at the counter and never acknowledged. I sat there maybe 5 minutes and the worker never said a word to me so I obviously left. Then one time I went inside and all you hear is cussing from the employees and one was making a scene because they were fussing about a coworker. I’ve met just a handful of the workers who have been amazing but most of the workers that come and go from the establishment act like they HATE THEIR JOB. I normally don’t have an issue with the smoothies but the food preparation is so sloppy with the flatbreads. The sauce will be in the wrapper but not in the actual flatbread. Sometimes the chicken in the flatbread is ice cold. Today I doordashed food from tropical and they forgot my chips, one smoothie had a bug in the lid and the other was basically water with sugar.

But I still order from there lol cause dang , when it’s good… it’s good! I just never lose hope I guess ?
