Ordered the mango monsoon and the watermelon mojito smoothies the mango monsoon was awesome but the watermelon didn't even taste like watermelon poured it out when I got home and when they brought my smoothies to me they were just dripping because they don't know how to put them in a cup and take care of their customer had to ask them to clean it off and give me extra napkins common Sense people

I’ve tried to give this location another try after 3 bad visits. I’m always waiting super long even if I do a mobile order. My food is sloppy or isn’t made correctly. Today I went to the drive thru and waited about 15 minutes to get my order. The order wasn’t made correctly so I went inside. No one greeted me, so I just started talking. Everyone continues doing what they were doing. Then a young lady acknowledged me. The guy that gave me my order at the drive thru came and asked what was the problem. I told him and his response was ‘what do you want us to do about that?’ I don’t know if it was his way of asking how can he make it right or was he getting smart with me. But we need to work on customer service.

Rude as hell. Came in to get some food and I literally left without getting anything because the employees in there seemed it was a problem they had a customer, no one acknowledged me or said hello despite walking to the window to stare at me as I came in, seemed to have an attitude so I left. Won’t be speeding my money here.

Every time do you go to the drive-through you spend over 30 minutes in line. Then you get stuck in Line and have to go in.

I just went to tropical smoothie and drove up to the window to place my order because their speaker is broken. When I got to the window the young man just stood there looking at me. No how are you, no how can I help you just stared at me. I told him I wanted a paradise point and he just stared at me for another minute and then said, is that it? I am not sure what happened to customer service but it needs to come back and that guy needs some extensive training in it. Also I didn't want to leave a tip because if his rudness but the button for no tip on their card machine doesn't work. I am sure this is on purpose so that they are guaranteed a tip every time.

Okay…
So Im visiting from out of town and yet there is an old man coming in multiple times taking people orders. We waited over an hour because they are confused as to who took our order. They must be short on staff. However, deal with the customer who order was taken not make us wait a whole hour. Not professional at all.
