We love visiting this coffee shop when we are in town. The way it’s decorated is so neat and we like that they have coffee AND ice cream.

Came in October 11th, at around 6:52pm, and was met with employees already clearing out the ice-cream. When they usually close at 8pm. One employee made rude remarks about us coming in late. And questioned why people even bother coming in that late to begin with. He was short with short black hair and glasses. He had headphones in and seemed extremely disinterested in us being there from the moment we walked in. We’ve had issues in the past with the employees being extremely rude, rolling eyes, and having little to no customer service. I will NOT be going back at all.

Extremely love the decor and style of the place!! Rustic and classic fit the environment well. The workers knowledge is drinks and recommendations were useful. I got the Pirates Alley and a drip coffee. Both had great flavor to it. The Pirates Alley wasn’t too sweet and you can still taste the coffee. The Sumatra is a nice blend of tasting notes!! If you are in the area you have to try them out!!

This is the best coffee I’ve had in a long time.. it’s not bitter, it’s not watered down, it’s not too sweet, it’s not not sweet enough… it’s literally perfect… and the sad part is that it’s out of town. The two well dressed gentlemen behind the counter were polite and mild mannered. They weren’t overly happy, they didn’t snub me, they were were quick, they were happy, they were absolutely the perfect kind of person I would want to interact with at every coffee shop! I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I didn’t feel any type of way - this way or that. And I can be very sensitive to people’s emotions. This was so smooth and amazing. They are the perfect example of what customer service and amazing skill at working behind a bar making drinks and serving people should be. Quick, polite, kind and efficient!

I have been three days in a row and they have opened consistently late for the past 2. I have waited with 10+ people anywhere from 20-35 minutes for them to open past their posted hours. This is especially frustrating when I come to study or work and cannot get started due to the inability to open on time. If they are unable to open on time, they need to change their hours of operation. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Coffee is okay. But service is HORRIBLE. My pregnant wife and I came in and were not greeted at all, as a guy who hates silence I speak up and say “how’s it going”, no response. Jokingly I say “that’s good to hear”. As soon as we got our drinks both servers (a boy with headphones around his neck and a female) both go sit at a table themselves and play on their phone.

The only drawback for me is that it's kind of loud in there. But the coffee is fabulous, the service is attentive and polite, there are comfortable seats to sit in, receiving the piano. Although I've never heard anyone play it. I could see myself going in there for a coffee with a book and just relaxing. I would definitely go back again.

My friends and I went here for a study session and it was awesome! Inside was very cute and cozy with alot of different seating options from tables to couches. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the coffee was awesome! This is a perfect spot to relax, study, or hang out with friends!
