30 March 2024I choose this coffee shop to meet a friend for a cup of coffee. When I searched Google yesterday for coffee shops in Prattville, I looked at this one and read quite a few reviews. Too many did not recommend this business because they were disappointed that their coffee was poured from a carafe. WELL, my café latte was brewed with a professional espresso machine and I thought it was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and I highly recommend it. The young woman taking our order was pleasant, polite, friendly and courteous. I am confident I will return. The seating outside listening and looking at the flow of the waterway was extremely relaxing with a delicious café latte!! I wanted to try for my first time Fox's Pizza Den across the street from the Coffeehouse, so I did not even look at their ice cream........... maybe next time, eh!? By the way I thought the pizza was absolutely wonderfully delicious. I was extremely pleased.

Try the door three times up until 8:15 when they were supposed to already have been open the lady had a attitude with me about how they were open yet because another person was running late seems like they need to find new employees that was going to be my first time there but will definitely be my last and I drink coffee pretty regularly out

I ordered a black coffee and really did not expect it to come out of a pot like the Huddle House. That was a bit disappointment and the coffee was not good. Now the cream cheese dinosaurs excellent!!

This place has nice atmosphere, location, and service. I'm sure that for people who like the overly sweet and flavored coffee drinks, this place is perfect, but if you like quality coffee, this is not the place to go, because their coffee quality is on par with Starbucks - quite low.If you want quality coffee in the tri-county area, your only options are Restoration in Wetumpka (they also have a location in Tallassee) and Prevail Union in Montgomery. Hilltop Public House in Montgomery is also quite good.

The food options consists of only bagels, muffins, scones, and cinnamon rolls which paired perfectly with a hot beverage (in our case, 16oz hot chocolate, and a 12oz almond milk hot chocolate). They do have other alternatives to include soy, coconut, and oat milk. Our total price was reasonable. What I found very welcoming was the 3 baristas working that morning. All were charming, helpful, and patient. They also worked together well and helped each other get orders filled quickly. The best part of the coffee shop & creamery is the ambiance. It has zany decor with random items scattered about which is sure to start a discussion or get your creative ideas flowing. Additionally, It's has many great nooks throughout the 2-levels for you to get cozy and sip on your chai tea. Whether you are studying, reading, meeting up with friends or grabbing a cone of ice cream to reward yourself-- did I mention they serve many different flavors of ice cream as well--this is a great way to start your day, get away, or end the day.

Very cool space but not super friendly staff and very little breakfast items to choose from. My latte was good and I enjoyed looking at all the cool decor.

went tonight for a hot drink while we walked around downtown, and it was great. I usually get their chai cause I don't like how most places make coffee, but tonight I decided to try their Krampus Latte. Girl I swear it was perfect. Great foam to liquid ratio, the peppermint was a subtle flavor and not overwhelming, and a consistent flavor throughout the whole drink, none of that random oversweetness that I get from other places round here, or that sudden weird texture. it had the same perfect flavor throughout the whole drink, so I can tell they stirred it good and put a lot of care into their coffee. also the service is always pretty good, tho i wouldnt mind if it wasnt, as long as the coffee stays good. I will definitely be coming back every once and a while.
