Complaining about soda doesn’t seem like a really big deal until you factor in lack of common sense.
Today, Thursday 26 Feb 2026 an order was placed that included 3 Coca-Colas… and I was given what you see in the picture. Granted, I should have checked.
But come on bruh, who was the genius at the Prattville, AL location that served these Cokes? I bet his or her thought process was like:
“Yeah, the consistency and color of these sodas are top-notch. I should totally quit my job here and be a full time Soda Jerk.”

Prattville WingStop, in all seriousness, I know it’s just soda, but that was uncalled for.
I was even hoping for a mistake thinking it was ginger ale but no, just carbonated water with a pathetic splash of Coke syrup.
Well, I narrowed down the date this took place at your restaurant. You can pretty much pinpoint who in your restaurant has extraordinary soda serving skills.

The lady taking orders was very polite and was working very hard to get orders out and the man in the back was working hard to cook food and bring it out to people. The place is very small which is not a complaint; but there was no trash cans for the public to throw food away so what tables they did have either had left over trash or bag full of trash on them. To get an extra cup of ranch was $2.18 idk who came up with that price.

This place is usually great but tonight 11/15/25, $45 later I'm extremely disappointed and decided I won't come back here. They got the order wrong almost all the way around and didn't give me 2 items I paid for. The food itself was bad. Sauce was very thin and half the wings of more had no sauce. I did a DoorDash pickup. Picked it up myself. Got home and I can't believe what I'm looking at. I got my money back thru door dash tho so we good.

honestly was really disappointed, wanted to try wingstop for the first time and got delivery. first off, the classic wings were soggy and seemed old tbh. the boneless were okay, we had three flavors, the barbecue one (saucy ofc) was just messily wrapped in a wingstop paper and thrown in with the rest in the same container? idk if that’s normal but it was so weird to me. the lemon pepper wings taste so lemony it’s like a lemon peel. i wanted sweet tea, i got soda. the fries are extremely soggy, like you cant hold it without it going limp immediately. overall, the ranch was good. other than that, i was so disappointed and mad about this entire order.

Ordered a 20 piece wing pack combo with Large Parmesan Fries including 2 sides of ranch…and didn’t get my fries or ranch. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Check your bags people

Ordered 75 wings takeout, drove 20 minutes back home to discover we only had 50 wings. Manager was very nice and offered solutions. But still not a great first impression. Makes one leery about trusting accuracy for future orders. No hard feelings. Just honest takeaways.

There lemon pepper wings doesn't has enough lemon pepper seasoning on there wings & they have you waiting forever or they'll been have just now cooking your food when you make it to there restaurant.

The employees here just don't care folks waiting over an hr for wings is insane so its best just to pass by this location plus they don't wanna give you a refund so you can go elsewhere but my bank will get my money back because I never received any food so its a fraud situation
