Ally chadwick was very nice, and works the register very well. She definitely deserves a raise. And the wings she recommended were amazing. Lemon pepper sauce on wings, perfection.

I Placed an order for pick up Friday night was given a time to be there to pick it up, I showed up got to the drive-through line and had to wait for 45 minutes when I finally got to the window they handed me my order all of it was cold and then I asked for my milkshakes and they said oh we’re not doing milkshakes right now when I asked for a refund, she said I’ll do it later. You don’t have to wait at the window. You can just leave. It’ll go back on your card So irritated I left so the $11 that I paid for two milkshakes has still not been put back on my card. by the time I got home, the chicken fingers were cold, The fries were soggy and the toast was chewy. This is my third bad experience at this place in the last couple months I won’t be coming here anymore.

My husband always buys chicken fingers here every week, sometimes twice a week. Our family really loves them. He always orders 6 chicken fingers, 1 piece of bread with extra fries, no drink, no coleslaw. But today, with the same order, when we got home and my son opened the box, there were only 3 chicken fingers, 2 pieces of bread, and just a small amount of fries. My husband still paid over $12 as usual.

Good food and prices are ok. Double check your order as sometimes things are correct

People were nice but my cheesecake bites were very dry, very chewy and no longer warm. I couldn't even finish them. One bite in and I realized they tasted like they had just been sitting under a heat light for the last 2 hours. Yuck. They can do better!

Very show service. Rude girl at counter. Had to wait forever while my food just sat in the kitchen window. Annoying music literally changing songs every 5 seconds, thus the one star for atmosphere.

I will say this I partly my fault for not checking before taking off… but if I ask for boneless bbq wings I expect the wings to be coated in bbq sauce. Not have regular wings with bbq sauce just thrown over a few.

Yall need to CHILL with the salt, what the heck happened!? You used to be good, now I’m afraid of getting cardiac arrest when I eat here. Wont be back until management recognizes this issue.

Tonight of all night, my Family, we really like Zaxby’s in Prattville, but tonight was not the night for them to have employees that were inconsiderate and very disrespectful and rude to their customers. We waited 27 minutes for our food. Another Lady that was there to pick up a DoorDash order, waited longer than us and come to find out she was a manager from another store. She couldn’t believe how rude and slow they were. I sat out in my car with my son and watched the cars go through the drive-through, people pulled up parked went in, ordered, & come out with their orders long before my husband. Our order was not that big of an order (2 people) When he was given his order The young man walked over, dropped it on the counter and walked away didn’t apologize for the long wait or anything. My husband said when he took the order he had a smile on his face. I guess he got upset because my husband said something to the manager and the other lady was going off also. I don’t know what was going on in town that they couldn’t go to and they were very upset that they had to be at work, but no one should have to wait, Almost 30 minutes for an order and not get any type of recognition from anybody or apology for the wait.
Will we go back to Zaxby’s yes but tonight we weren’t happy at all.

Came in at 8. Ordered the food. They forgot about our order. Then after waiting for almost 30 minutes. They made us leave and couldn’t even eat our food inside the restaurant. Because they said the dinning was closed. I will be reaching out the management.
