Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Very show service. Rude girl at counter. Had to wait forever while my food just sat in the kitchen window. Annoying music literally changing songs every 5 seconds, thus the one star for atmosphere.

I will say this I partly my fault for not checking before taking off… but if I ask for boneless bbq wings I expect the wings to be coated in bbq sauce. Not have regular wings with bbq sauce just thrown over a few.

Yall need to CHILL with the salt, what the heck happened!? You used to be good, now I’m afraid of getting cardiac arrest when I eat here. Wont be back until management recognizes this issue.

Tonight of all night, my Family, we really like Zaxby’s in Prattville, but tonight was not the night for them to have employees that were inconsiderate and very disrespectful and rude to their customers. We waited 27 minutes for our food. Another Lady that was there to pick up a DoorDash order, waited longer than us and come to find out she was a manager from another store. She couldn’t believe how rude and slow they were. I sat out in my car with my son and watched the cars go through the drive-through, people pulled up parked went in, ordered, & come out with their orders long before my husband. Our order was not that big of an order (2 people) When he was given his order The young man walked over, dropped it on the counter and walked away didn’t apologize for the long wait or anything. My husband said when he took the order he had a smile on his face. I guess he got upset because my husband said something to the manager and the other lady was going off also. I don’t know what was going on in town that they couldn’t go to and they were very upset that they had to be at work, but no one should have to wait, Almost 30 minutes for an order and not get any type of recognition from anybody or apology for the wait.
Will we go back to Zaxby’s yes but tonight we weren’t happy at all.

Came in at 8. Ordered the food. They forgot about our order. Then after waiting for almost 30 minutes. They made us leave and couldn’t even eat our food inside the restaurant. Because they said the dinning was closed. I will be reaching out the management.

I did not put any stars because that's how bad the service and atmosphere was. Management needs to set up and do something about this location. Never had any problems with other Zaxbys but this one is the worse!!!

I placed an order online about 8:15pm Saturday night, said it would be ready 8:36pm. When I arrived at 8:35ish the doors were already locked, I went through the drive thru the lady asked for name and for me to pull forward and that's where I waited until 9pm. When I got to the window the lady asked me for my name again and disappeared for about 5mins, other employee were mopping and cleaning/stocking. Once I finally got someone attention for an update on my online order she said that the food was cooking. I said my order was supposed to be ready at 8:36pm, the employees all disappeared again. The same girl that asked me for my name the first time came back and asked me for my name again!!! I said I want my money back because this is taking to long!!! She then walked away again, not a care in the world that she had a line of cars just ready to leave for the day. After waiting another 5 mins she came back and said the money was refunded on my card, I said ok well I still would like a receipt for proof. The lady rolled her eyes and walked away, then another employee brought me the piece of paper. I sat there and read it to make sure it was correct.

I give it a three star whenever I was there I ordered the chicken finger plate and unfortunately I didn't get my coleslaw or extra fries. It's either coleslaw or extra fries and I told them I'm one of my coleslaw and I didn't get that and another reason why I gave it three stars is I was wanting those chicken tacos. They had very disappointed that those are gone those three tacos should be on the menu from now on and they should be a better price. $10 is a lot for just free tacos. Y'all can make more money by selling for cheaper because people are going to buy more maybe try a bundle deal for tacos. Those tacos were delicious

I just went through the drive thru tonight and this business was not busy at all, I ordered two of the chicken bacon ranch loaded fries and they had me pull up and wait 5+ minutes just to come out with this!! The fries are disgusting, there is absolutely no bacon or cheese and maybe 2 chicken tenders. As much as this business charges for their food they really need to do better!! 😡

Slow, sat in drive thru, then had to pull up and wait in my order. Was in line around 15 mins
