I was trying to use my E-gift card but the cashier didn’t know what to do.
She canceled the order and walked away-I figured it was to get the mgr.
The mgr had stepped to the restroom-apparently the cashier didn’t realize it.
The cashier never returned.
The mgr first said “we don’t take gift cards on the phone”… I very patiently waited… she said wait a minute, let me try something.
She was able to manually enter the numbers and use like a credit card.
Even though she was kind and patient, I was about to peacefully walk out because I felt like I had caused a terrible inconvenience 😟

If you like to wait 30mins on your order& get half of you order wrong, then this is your place to go!! Extremely slow& half of my order was wrong!!!! To the manger::: you need more than 1 person running the Front!!!

My two-year-old had to go to the ER because she got too hot because they told us to go to the front and it took them nearly an hour to bring it out and it was only two cheeseburgers the ceo needs to do something about this location second day of coming same thing and my kid was so close to a heat stroke lawsuits will be coming and charges filed

I just had to share this ...these people tonight were so polite especially the man up at the front taking orders and doing drinks. There was only 4 of them so I would never be rude about how long its taking , my family has 8 people!! and we eat alot ,these hard working people who are trying to make a living with the little bit their paid dont deserve hateful and rude customers. That goes for anyone...but thanks to the people who worked march 8th at 7 PM the man up front was so kind :) and polite.

I LOVE THE SAUSAGE EGG BISCUITS WITHOUT CHEESE, AND THE HAMBURGERS ARE GREAT NO GREASE, SO THAT MAKES THEM HEALTHIER. SERVICE IS GOOD, SOMETIMES THEY ARE VERY SHORT HANDED, BUT I DONT TAKE IT OUT ON THE EMPLOYEES THAT ARE WORKING, ITS NOT THIER FAULTS!

Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals and chairs for little guys!

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramped runway to the door so you don't have to lift.

The kid who waited on me was very polite and helpful. The place was clean, but it was a super slow night for them. Being from a bigger city, I dont see how some of the fast food places are staying in business. Especially with all the current economic/inflation issues. Will definitely stop in again in the future.

We tried to dine in but no one would ever come to the frontline to take our order. There was only one car in the drive through. We were ignored by the people on the back line and the little lady in black uniform running around with her her phone in her hand.

I have been to this burger King several times and they always get my order wrong and my onion rings are always underdone and cold. Either they give me old onion rings or they rush to cook them on the spot and they are not done enough. Service here tends to be slow the majority of the time and when it is quick there is usually something wrong on the order so you end up having to wait anyway (if you check your meal prior to leaving). We don't go there much because of these reasons. We wish it was better because then we'd have another go to option in the area.
