Here I was thinking Sonic in rainsville had gotten so much better. So disappointed tonight. Did an online order. Didn't realize that the soft pretzel sticks don't come with cheese dip anymore. Called back in and Asked for two cups. Whole $0.65 and sat in the parking lot another 5 minutes. No one ever brings them out. It's not like you got to cook it. You literally pull it off a shelf and walk it out to me. Nothing so over it!!!

Was not a good experience i went at 1130 on Sunday morning it was hard to get an answer my order wasn't right and the tots were horrible the grease needed changed bad I couldn't eat them so I won't go back they didn't provide good service even though we were only customers there

Specifically asked if they could not make my bacon crunchy with my sister in law on the phone, MY BACON WAS BLACK IT WAS SO BURNT. Then the two girls rolled their eyes when I showed one of them she had the nerve to just say ok no I’m sorry just ok and walked off.

This is the slowest Sonic known to man. Maybe it’s because I ordered on the app, but it told me someone was bringing me my order 20 minutes ago and I’m still sitting here waiting.
