This is the slowest Sonic known to man. Maybe it’s because I ordered on the app, but it told me someone was bringing me my order 20 minutes ago and I’m still sitting here waiting.

Employees taking orders need to be schooled on customer etiquette he kept talking while we were trying to order extremely rude!!!! Tots were cold tasted like old grease!!!

Worst sonic around. Super slow, half the menu screens are broken, and they won’t put signs up because it’s “too trashy.” So we are left sitting waiting for someone to answer not knowing anything as workers walk by not telling us anything. Food is a hit or miss, I wouldn’t recommend this place. They need new management or something.

Super nice but we ordered the bogo blast and had chocolate chip cookie dough with Reese’s and cookie dough with Oreos. We recieved both with Oreos instead. We live too far to go back out today.

Don't bother with the drive through, it will just be wrong.
The manager does not care about their job or food quality and seems utterly dissatisfied with life.

If you work for door dash be careful! We sat in the stall for 20 minutes before she told us to and I quote buzz another worker we sat in another stall for about five before al we went through the drive thru! My custmer waited over an hr and half for his food this is unacceptable! We would’ve understood if they were behind I’ve managed in fast food before but they didn’t even acknowledge us!

Idk what it is, but they NEVER give me my extra sauce packets.(happend about 5 times now wich is when i do ask for extra packets) They either get it wrong, or they don't put the extra that I order with it ahead of time and have to ask for more. I will be going to another place until they finally decide I'm worthy of extra sauce packets lol

The order taker was not on a good mood or happy to be working. She was hateful when taking the order and I am ordering for men who are in the hot sun from morning to night digging potatoes right now. The service was ridiculous.
