I just got a sub from them and it was excellent!! They loaded it up for me plus they were extremely friendly and smiling and making jokes. It was a joyful experience

I placed an online order. Subway charged my account twice and this Subway still refused to prepare my order. I had transaction ID numbers and proof that I was charged 15.82 twice and they still refused. Beware of online orders with this subway!

Ordered a no bread bowl. What I got was 1/3 of the meat I was supposed to get and 1 piece of the wrong cheese put on the bottom of the bowl. Then the lettuce and other vegetables were thrown on top of the meat. The meat is supposed to be on top and the amount should be what would be on a sandwich. Believe me it wasn't. Asked for dressing on side, it was dumped on it. You need to train workers betters. Looked nothing like the picture.
