Like a lot of fast food restaurants since Covid…….they tend to focus on drive thru over the counter. I like to come in so I can take my time and then step to the counter and order……if people behind me know what they want I ask them to step ahead……but when I DO order. I don’t expect three drive thru orders to be FILLED BEFORE MINE!!!! Covid is over…….

Our food smelled like mold! My husband said his smelled fine and ate his. But it made him sick! Seriously, it strongly smelled like food left in a fridge to long and starting to mold.

I sat in drive thru for 20 min behind a car at the speaker and it NEVER moved. Called the store and asked about why it wasn't moving and was hung up on. I will NOT be back at this location as a MANAGER hung up on me! Sad employees and food! Terrible service and I will be going to corporate
Service was rude and refused to give a refund. My quesedilla wasn't cooked or even cut, and the new twenty cent Disha hot sauce and twent cent salsa verda sauce were left out completely.

It took 10 minutes before they took my order they put no meat when I ask for meat and throw it away when all the had to do was add meat and then when they made my meal through my food on the counter
