I don't like adding bad reviews however I had a bad experience with Wendys I would like to share. I ordered doordash last night from them a 10 piece saucey nugget combo with loaded fries. I didn't expect the food to be warm or anything but but nuggets were hard the middle was very cold and the crust was hard the nuggets looked sunken as if they were made fresh hours ago. My fries were supposed to have chedder sauce and shredded cheese they only had shredded cheese. Now I did put put two stars because they did get the drink right and the sauce was good. I had a Dr pepper no ice and got exactly what I asked for.

Went in and ordered 2 chicken wraps and 2 frosty, went to go pay and the card reader kept saying card reader error. Instead of switching to the other computer, the employee said that his manager said if it doesn't work then it just doesn't work. Just bad service all the way around.

Visited the location around 8 p.m. November 12. My husband ordered a jr. cheeseburger for me as a snack and it wasn't fresh. It was so cold the cheese wouldn't melt at all. Was not the slightest bit warm. I threw it away because we were in a hurry to get home.
