Do not order for delivery from Jack's website. Placed an order system confirmed. Door dash could not pick up, Jack's would not confirm order. They would not give a refund. Door dash called them and tried for the refund, was told NO. The employees need to be trained on how to work Door dash...or take the delivery option off the website. $33.97 4/7/25 Red Bay, Alabama Tiffin RV service center.

This one of my regular places to eat. The food is always good, the time of wait is short, and the personnel is always friendly. It one of the places you still eat without it costing an arm and a leg.

We arrived around noon and it was not busy. The counter person was very polite and took our order right away. I always request mine to be prepared with no mayo. Thay got my order correct and the food was hot and tasty. We did not have to wait long for our order. We eat at a lot of Jack's and find the food to be constantly good in most all of their locations.
I was at jacks tonight and was disappointed in the cleanliness and the smell of burning dirty oil. There were employees sitting around on their phones while I stood waiting to order. Another employee was eating fries right out of the bin. The floors looked like they haven't been cleaned all day. Trust me if I was to slip on the garbage on the floor , I'd own this place. Good example of employees that don't care. Definitely needs a real manager. No hairnet ,and the one thing that was so disgusting was the employee eating fries out of the bin and carrying a cup of sauce with him dipping in. It's the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been in.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. And it’s a recurring problem!!! This store is an absolute disgrace to your chain and I’d be embarrassed!!! Breakfast, lunch, or dinner…it doesn’t matter. This is the last time I will ever spend money here! Seriously, yall need to be looking into this. From local manager and/or owner and all the way up to area/state management! I’d fire the whole lot and start over!

I mainly get breakfast here and I have NEVER I mean NEVER gotten a decent order of hash browns. They are ALWAYS old and cold. It's getting real old. I mean it's breakfast time and they always have a line so why the old and cold hash browns?
