I mainly get breakfast here and I have NEVER I mean NEVER gotten a decent order of hash browns. They are ALWAYS old and cold. It's getting real old. I mean it's breakfast time and they always have a line so why the old and cold hash browns?

Food was good. Service was very slow. Only one person in front of us at the counter. It was an 18 minute stop for us. The markdown though was for the lack of cleanliness of the women’s bathroom floor. It was filthy. Doubt it has been cleaned in quite a while.

The worker at the drive thru is always nice, how ever my order is hardly ever right , either I don’t get the drink I ordered or I don’t get the food I ordered! I want what I order not what they just wanna give me!! If it’s not available just say so. Two mornings in a row now , not to mention other times!! Yesterday at lunch when I told them about not getting what I ordered for breakfast they wouldn’t let me pay for my lunch and that order was right . They was trying to make it right. I suggest PAY more attention !!

I got a bacon burger and a vanilla milkshake with a small drink for me. When I went to fill my drink there were no lids the tray was disgusting that they keep them in. When I was looking for a place to sit all of the tables were filthy French fried glued to the floor. I received my food and my burger was cold. Lettuce was brown and bacon was hard as a rock. I grabbed my milkshake and it covered my hand in ice cream dripping out of the sides ice cream all over the top. My milkshake looked like it had been slung around at a rodeo. And I’ve never had a bad vanilla milkshake because how do you go wrong with that!? Well it was terrible didn’t eat or drink any of the $20 I spent. Wasted money would’ve been better off eating out of the trash it feels like

First of all, starting with the cleanliness of the restaurant dead flies everywhere. Absolutely filthy. The restrooms were the grossest things I've seen in a while. Bathroom smell worse than an outhouse. Food was cold as it was sitting out for a while. Not pleased at Jackson Red Bay Alabama. This is the worst Jack's restaurant I've been in.
