It's Jack’s! What more can I say? From the moment I walked in, the staff made a great impression—they were friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. I had a specific craving: biscuits and gravy with chicken. They didn’t have that exact combo on the menu, but the team quickly came up with a creative solution. They suggested ordering a chicken biscuit and adding a side of gravy.
While they didn’t have sausage gravy—only the plain white variety—they explained the option and made sure I was comfortable with it. Honestly, it wasn’t a big deal for me, so I didn’t press for details. The food itself was fresh, hot, and flavorful—definitely above average for fast food. The biscuit was buttery and soft, the chicken was crispy and well-seasoned, and the gravy added a nice touch even without the sausage.
Overall, the experience was smooth, the service was excellent, and the food hit the spot. I’d absolutely go back again and recommend Jack’s to anyone looking for a quick, satisfying meal with great customer service.

I ordered a grilled chicken salad they got the order wrong and the young kid who took my order cocked an attitude and apparently the manager didn't care.

Food here is great..service was satisfactory. They seem to be very busy at lunch (which would be typical in this manufacturing town). The men's restroom floor is horrible... dirty and sticky. That kind of turned me off for this place. So, how dirty is the kitchen...? How hard can it be to really clean the restroom floors and tile, then it could be great.
