You have a 50/50 chance of getting what you ordered. Even if the screen was correct. If you check before you leave and it's wrong, they argue with you about it. At Red Bay Mc. You get what they give you and your lucky to get that. A week later I ordered a decaf coffee for a elderly lady who can't have regular coffee. I asked the girl if they had any fresh decaf made. After having to explain several times, because apparently that confused her because she asked if I wanted it as a frappuccino and several other different types of coffee before finally understanding. I was told they could make some it would only take four minutes. I ordered it with two creams. I went right to the pickup window because there wasn't a line. I was told to wait which I was expecting to do. After only a couple of minutes I was giving the coffee. There was no paper attached to the cup with the description like usual. I delivered the coffee to the lady only to find out that not only did it only have a small amount of creamer in it it was also not decaf. The poor lady was having heart palpitations. I was so afraid she would need to go to the hospital because of the coffee I had brought her. If they didn't want to make a fresh pot of decaf coffee they should have just said so. They could seriously hurt someone who has allergies or food sensitivities because of either laziness or incompetence.

The last 2 times we ordered Carmel frappes from here there were big hunks of ice in them! Absolutely terrible!! I don't know if it's the people making them or their machine but at the McDonald's out at the loves theirs are NOT like that! We won't be going to McDonald's again!!

$0.75 charge for a cup of water, $0.20 up charge for coffee for breakfast meals!? This added up to $35 for breakfast for family of 4. Hardly the value it once was. Great service though and food was good.

McDonald's sometimes get a bad rap but I have been going to our local McD very often with the grandson. I place my order usually in the parking lot and just drive right up. Using the McD app makes me feel like I'm getting even better deals with the freebies and deals offered on it. The food is always almost ready and the staff is polite. I was never really a very frequent McD patron but this has worked out perfectly. Following a face surgery for Cancer of the cheek last year, I can't eat the traditional big ole burger and I had grieved that although it wasn't like I ate one every day. Now I can get a taste of a good dressed burger their double cheeseburger is the right size that it fits with my restricted mouth opening. This is a huge thing for me.

Cashier was so rude! I asked my food " for here", she no wanted to put that on my ticket and say " you can eat from the package". I asked her " what is your problem?", and she was very angry and told me" you better stop " and I said, " no, you better stop that attitude ". Pretty bad service on April 20@8:14 am.
