We come here every year to have our RV worked on so we eat at this location a lot. The employees have always been very nice no matter what time we come in. Today there were 3 ladies working and they were all great. One of them even greeted us upon arrival. The ingredients were fresh, and business seemed to be pretty clean. All the ladies there today made us feel welcome. We will definitely continue to come back.

Stopped in to pick up a foot long sandwich to go. It was a little after 11 AM and there was only one person in front of me. There were three young ladies working at the time. They were very courtious and helpful. They fixed my sandwich exactly like I wanted. The restaurant looked pretty clean and all items looked fresh. I did notice several valves were not working on the coke machine. In summery the sandwich was very good.

Debated on leaving a review, but here it goes… 1/28/25.. Just in case the owner wants to know the girls I’m referring too… walked in 6:45pm… All chairs were upside down on top of the tables.. I’m like dang y’all fixing to close.. No, we closed at 9:30 but the Blonde headed girl said she had to leave at 8:30… Anyway.. Got a Philly steak.. I was asking if I wanted peppers and onions I said no peppers just a few onions.. Can you chop them up a little bit? No we don’t do that. This is all we got, OK…. When it came to toasting, I told her I only wanted it toasted 30 seconds… Now at this time, the blonde headed girl is on the other side of the counter… Two more ladies walked in and the girl that was fixing my sandwich proceeded to fix theirs… So the blonde haired girl walks around in front of the toaster/ microwave… When it got down to six seconds, she canceled it turned it off.. I asked why did you do that? I only wanted it toasted for 30 seconds. Her response was… Well, she had it set for 35 and I knew you didn’t want that.. I said no, that’s not right. I Stood right here and watch your punch 30 seconds on the microwave. Anyway, she flat out lied to me just because she was too lazy to stand there for another six seconds… at the checkout she said, are you dining in?… Like where am I gonna sit?….. Unbelievable… I stopped going to the Subway for Several years because Management problems… Looks like I’m through with it again…
It was better than okay. Our sandwich artist was a sweetheart.

The two girls working there tonight were very rude. I asked for extra veggies on my sub and you would have thought I asked for them from her personal kitchen. I will gladly pay extra but come on. My husband asked why the barrier was up and we could no longer see the ingredients her rude response was it's been that way for over a year I don't know why. Needless to say we won't be back to Red Bay Sub Way maybe no other Sub Way if they can't get it together
Our family ordered from the Red Bay location for the first time today. Our subs were so stuffed they could barely close ? Food was amazing, we ordered in-app so pick up was quick, and those raspberry cheesecake cookies were SO GOOD! ???

I've been ordering the same thing for a while and always same price till today. Lady today charged me for extra vegetables on a protein salad for the first time. I won't be back till they fix it and I'll make sure I let others know they better watch the prices when they order from subway in Red

3-23-2024 Stopped in today at 430. The lettuce and spinach was old and brown. I ask them if they had any fresh. They said no there wasnt any cut up. Out of cucumbers and onions.we had subs with nothing much on them. Worst subway.the two girls really didnt care. No smiles. Wont be back!!

The manager, Melissa, takes the employees tips and keeps them for her self. She leaves the store in a complete mess and blames the other employees for not cleaning everything properly. Shelia is no help when trying to resolve an issue with the manager either. The store has leaks everywhere and the only solution is to put a bucket right in front of the door to catch it. There are rats continuously getting into the food in the back. This place is very poorly managed and treats their employees terrible.

The bread was hard and they didn't get my sandwiches right. I didn't have the or energy to make a big deal about it so I took them and left. I don't think I'll be back.

Despite only one employee on shift, she was kind, curtious, and worked fast. The price of their food has went up quite a bit, but at no fault of the store. The food was still the same great quality is always has been, and the atmosphere of dining in was great.
