I like to drink coffee. I visit this location when I'm in that area. I visited again today. I usually go through the drive-through. But today, being weary of being given a warm (not hot) stale (not fresh) cup of coffee, I decided to go inside. Upon reaching the point of ordering, I asked if they had fresh coffee. I was told they did. I placed my usual order of a fresh, hot cup of coffee. The employee went to prepare my order, tipping the coffee container to extract the last drops of coffee into a cup. They brought this to me, where I removed the cap to assess the temperature. The coffee wasn't anywhere near hot and it was obviously not fresh. This is the worst quality control I've experienced from a starbucks. This isn't the first time and the employees completely ignored my simple requests and delivered a substandard product. I received two different excuses for why they didn't have fresh coffee. Although the loss of my business will not mean a thing to this corporate giant. I thought it important to explain why I'm done with starbuck, hopefully everyone will soon be done with them. I asked for a refund

The service here is great and Amara was a big help. Asked about the caramel brûlée latte and how sweet it was and was informed that they were out of most of the ingredients so I pivoted to the caramel macchiato but then she suggested the caramel brûlée cold foam on top to see how that pairs and it worked and was really good! Coffee was good and also ordered a bacon, Gouda and egg sandwich, also good! All in all great service and everything from this place!

It's on the Arsenal Base so seems closed to the general public.
Every time I stop here the same lady waits on me. She’s been there for years and is so sweet. She is great. I feel awful that I cannot remember her name, but she’s always at the drive thru. The coffee is perfect, the service is good, and food is always yummy!

WARNING: this store is not accessible by the public. We made the mistake of making a mobile order at this place while visiting from out of town for a sporting event. No where on the Starbucks app indicated the no public access problem warning.

I come here a lot and sometimes the service is slow when dinning inside. Today I waited 17 minutes for a toasted croissant and I was the only customer inside.
