The staff at the Redstone Starbucks are genuinely ehat makes this location stand out from others...they are always friendly, know so many of us as regulars, and are usually very quick and efficient with the production of an order...keep up the great work!

Every time I stop here the same lady waits on me. She’s been there for years and is so sweet. She is great. I feel awful that I cannot remember her name, but she’s always at the drive thru. The coffee is perfect, the service is good, and food is always yummy!

WARNING: this store is not accessible by the public. We made the mistake of making a mobile order at this place while visiting from out of town for a sporting event. No where on the Starbucks app indicated the no public access problem warning.

Alyssa is very very rude. she ignored me when I first came up to the register and acted like i was bothering her when she took my order. Absolutely cannot believe people like that work on a military installation. I thought my complaint was just an off day for her, spoke to other people at my work and they have had the same experience with her, sometimes worse. She also looked unkept and dirty. I brought it up to the manager and she could not have cared less. As a veteran I would expect more from a starbucks thats supposed to serve current military and past military. My money will be going elsewhere.

I go to Starbucks all the time. I am here for work. I've come to this Starbucks a couple of times. Each time something has been wrong. Today, they didn't give me the right sandwich, the right espresso, nor the right loaf. Similar thing happened the last couple of days.
