Staff at the Subway here is great. The veggies are always fresh, sandwiches are always made well, they give exactly how much you are supposed to get for serving sizes and do not skip on portions like at other Subway locations. Lunch is busy and they need more than two people working the counter. At least three, two to make the sandwiches and one to ring out. Get them some help, they are a great location! Good customer service if I cannot stress that enough!

Eli is incredible! One person show, knows his regulars and clears 3 customers at a time making the line go quickly! He should be payed the salary for 2 because he turns customers as fast as two workers!

I worked for the Exchange there. The employees there were very helpful to me. Olivia directed me to wanting to work off the base, to be my own boss! Alex was very nice to me, and helped me along the way! Eli was the BEST at making my Pizza Sub! That location is a lot better than most locations in Huntsville, including the one that is down the street from the old Grissom High School! 7900 Bailey Cove Road SE Suite D Huntsville, AL 35802 That location made my brother Ryan sick! Beware of that one! This location accepts coupons. They’re not open on holidays, but for everyone on base, it’s a day off! It’s a benefit for all government employees! The other issue, is that motif on the back wall that is fake.

One star because of the blocking/jamming of cellular data inside the building. I get a strong signal, it shows 4G, and... less than 1kbps download speed from Verizon -- it has to be some sort of active jamming, or they have a cell repeater inside the building that has some sort of firewall that blocks internet data getting through.

RUDE!! I walked in and she yelled, "what do you want?" Then she informed me that she didn't have any meatballs cause she was closing in 5 minutes. It was 3:49pm! Who closes at 3:54?? I left without ordering anything and won't be back
