I had an excellent experience at Barrigas. There was a Sunday lunch rush when I arrived, so I expected it to take a while to get in and out, and I was just thinking of doing takeout food. I was pleasantly surprised with one of the best restaurant greetings I have ever received when I walked in the door though. The gentleman working the register is definitely the right guy for the job. Fast, friendly, and yummy food.I arrived a bit after the lunch hour. I was greeted immediately. I ordered a Dr. Pepper, and the Speedy Gonzales. The chips, and salsa set the tone, as the chips were warm, and clearly fresh. The salsa was rather good too. The SG, while not “authentic” Mexican food, it had plenty of flavor, and hit the spot. I’d gladly return. Thank you for a great experience.
