Food great service great but restaurant was not clean, after lunch rush is understood but active cleaning is needed. Restrooms need attention from maintenance men's and women's ,dining area needed cleaning ice machine pouring ice out every where. Restaurant is usually the best around area but not today.

I was passing through and decided to grab something in the drive thru. My order was wrong after I asked both through the drive thru speaker and when paying at the window and was advised they had it correct. I proceeded to pull back up to the window. I could hear the employees talk about me. Telling me if I didn’t want cheese I needed to order hamburgers. I explained to the manager I ordered a #5 large size with ketchup only and NO cheese. NO cheese means no cheese. It’s not very customer friendly to tell them they ordered wrong when you rang it up incorrectly. Mistakes happen and I was very polite when explaining what happened.l, but making disrespectful comments about your customers isn’t kind or courteous. Do better Jacks!!

Parking: Lots of parking, there are usually some big rigs parked in the back as well. Look out for the large potholes near the front of the building.
Kid-friendliness: No indoor playground and the parking lot is pretty busy, but it has a good menu for picky eaters
Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps and accessible bathrooms!

Jack's is usually adequate for its food if you need fast food. The service at the Reform, location has been great each time I've been there, however, the cleanliness of the dining area, the condiment bins and tabletops could stand some attention at least 3x more often than I've seen. Having been there a few times for 30-60 minutes, I've only seen a few tables cleaned out of the many used, with several still having residue on them. The condiment bins have packets in them but the few times I've gotten stuff, they all had sticky reddish residue on them. More attention to this would certainly be an improvement.
