The name is what attracted me. I mean, how many bait shops serve barbecue. Food is served out of a food truck and the old guys doing the cooking are sitting right there by the smoker. As you'd expect, the whole establishment is right there on the water by a boat launch. One of the buildings is even built on an old barge. All the seating is outside under a covered patio.
