Rating a 1 star based on customer service only. Food has always been great. But this Particular evening has me frustrated that when I asked if they could give me an 18 piece traditional wings flats only that it was too big of an order to do that. Even though I didn’t mind how long it took, even after they already given a 45 - 60 minute wait time. I know they get busy, especially on Fridays. I am willing to be patient with them and still got turned down. Just disappointed in the effort to assist customers.
We had a large supreme and 3 flavors of wings; hot, mild, and the garlic parmesan. I really like the garlic parm ones. I think the cheese must have given the skin an extra crispy texture.

The lady at the counter was incredibly helpful, truly wonderful, most welcoming & so inviting, with an awesome sense of humor!There was a group of 8 of us from Church & they were awesome to us, the food was fresh, hot, & scrumptious!For all of our orders, plus their other customers inside & phone orders, it was fixed & ready in a very, timely manner!!! They had all of our orders as they should be!We'll definitely be repeat customers!!!I highly recommend them & kindly, yet strongly suggest you go & have your very own marvelous meal & terrific experience with such fine folks as these, as we did!

Thisvis a small little hidden spot in Elgin. Always got great food from there. Got to meat lovers calzone. A cheese boom and in a grilled chicken caesar salad.
