If you advertise you serve breakfast until 12:00 pm you should make sure you have the supplies to actually make breakfast until 12:00 pm. Being told at 11:30 am that “we run out of biscuits” isn’t following through with what you advertised, and probably why Hardee’s is failing as a business

The Rogersville AL store is under a new general manager. She is so much different than the previous general manager. Her team is so polite, kind, knowledgeable, and full of smiles. The food is spot on. Biscuits made as perfect as you could ask for. What a huge difference in all aspects of the previous management team and the way the store is run. I'll be a regular guest from now on.

I hit Hardee's drive-thru at about 5:20 a.m. and ordered 2 Frisco Breakfast Sandwiches, but wrinkled my nose believing a Hashbrown was my only option. The drive-thru employee sensed my dislike of deep-fried Hashbrown patties and happily gave me the option of Fries. She even left the speaker on as she dropped a large order of Fries in the oil while I was still placing my order. I couldn't have thanked her enough.
Monday morning I stopped by Hardee’s in Rogersville Al. and order a couple egg sausage biscuits with a senior coffe, the waitress gave me a very small coffee and charged me $1.85 for it, and the biscuits were dried out, and she was rude, the seniors discount says we get drinks for 33 cents, so I didn’t buy it, and went across the street to Mc Donald’s and bought my coffee for 85 cents, I want be going back to Hardee’s in Rogersville!
