We changed our minds about ordering due to rude staff, their intercom was messing up and they acted like it was our fault. It's funny they're asking for good reviews but won't give polite service to earn the reviews.

The food was gross.. OVER SALTED FRIES.. The gave me unsweetened tea when i asked for regular.. was just horrible
They Almost always gets our orders wrong. My food was cold today and my dr.pepper lacked carbonation. The workers can be pretty rude sometimes too. Seems short staffed. Mainly the food though is the biggest issue. Jacks in Florence is better in my opinion.

I normally place online orders. Only once in the last several orders have been ready on time. Most of the time when I arrive they are out of the chicken peices my wife wants and I have to wait 20mins for the fresh chicken. Food has always been hot and good but the wait is almost not worth it. Tonight order confirmed at 6:04pm. Was 40 min before I was able to receive my order. Fries were cold but they quickly replaced them with hot ones.

One of the best Jack's! Very clean and that's my top priority. If you have grease all over the dining floor and crumbs scattered on all the tables then I will go somewhere else. This Jack's was immaculate as far as my eyes could see. Thank you and I will spend my money here .
