Restaurant was really busy bc it was right after church . Employees were working quickly to fill orders. Service was great . Food came out hot and fresh . Tina is amazing. Even though the line to order food was forming , she worked constantly to fill orders and did in a polite manner to ensure customer satisfaction. She always gives great customer service . I ordered the same items from another Jacks earlier in the week. Difference in the quality and quantity. of food was very noticeable. The Elgin restaurant got it right ! 👍👍
