I placed my order and waited in line for about 5 minutes before I got to the window to pay. I'm not complaining about the wait. When I payed for my order I wasn't told about any problems but when I got to the second window I was told that the 4 pies I ordered weren't available and was instructed to just pick anything else... my money being returned wasn't an option and they had time to know this before they took my money... the staff at the window was intensely rude.
