As much as I have enjoyed Pizza Hut over the years, I really don’t want to do it. But I’m giving this location 1 star. I bit into a 3/4” cotter pin on a slice of pepperoni pizza. How you managed to get a cotter pin on pizza that you make in the store I don’t understand. Could it have dropped out of the oven? Could someone purposely put it there? It is either poor management not taking care of equipment or malicious employees. It may not be the last time I have Pizza Hut, but it is the last time that I try this location.

I really enjoy the pizza there and the customer service that we get during lunch today was really greatthe food is always goodand the people there are greatand the general manager is really nice if you have a problem she is really great at what she doesindefinitelywhen we order pizza at night the staff is really awesomeme and my wife loves the Pizza Hut here in Rogersville

Super disappointed with my purchase tonight. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and bread sticks. The bread sticks had ZERO seasoning and the pizza had maybe 5 pepperonis with about 2 pounds of cheese. It's actually hard to eat due to the amount of cheese. I did look prior to leaving the store but just glanced and saw bread sticks and a pepperoni pizza. Honestly I was exhausted from being out in the sun all day with kids at 100 degrees, but I expect my order to be correct that I paid for.

Worst pizza experience ever!!! They suck...online order showed up for pickup in an hour which showed ready in 20min online. Walked in 2 employees, stood at register for 10min noone came with an explination or nothing?? Finally after i called to someone they claim to have cancelled my order and refunded my money because they are "short staffed" Complete waist of time .

Okay let's be honest, this is fast food pizza, the bar isn't especially high when it comes to food flavor. That said, compared to other carry out pizza locations in the Rogersville, AL area, these folks keep up! I always order online which is fast and easy, and I can count on the food being hot out of the oven pretty close to the estimated time... order accuracy is excellent and the pizza hut team is working double time behind the counter while still providing friendly service. Everything you can ask for from fast food carryout pizza. Remember there is no dine-in at this location and really no place close by to enjoy your pie so plan on taking it home! I strongly recommend using the pizza hut app if ya can... it might save you some "dough" with online specials.
Parking: This location is part of a shopping center so plenty of parking most of the time except for holidays...I can take my 31' RV there with sufficient room to get in and put without a whole lot of stress.
Once again, they have committed fraud. Or maybe it's just a bait-n-switch. Either way, I paid PH to deliver a pizza and they chose not to. Nor did they refund the so-called delivery fee (pure profit after the $1 they give the driver, it has nothing to do with deliveries). They did send it via DoorDash but I have nothing to do with DD if at all possible. It's not my problem they're too incompetent to staff the store.
Since Pizza Hut chooses to ignore me when it's a simple fix then I'll hit them where it hurts. Every time they deliver via DD, I will not give them a dime for at least three months. Before I simply ordered less but they've shown they don't care about bad reviews or even making sales. Mark this day paper-pushers, I won't order again before May. See how much this scam earns them.
