Ordered a custom pizza. Med extra cheese extra sauce cupped pepperoni and regular pepperoni. Got a large one topping stuffed crust pizza that has obviously been left in the warming oven way too long. So I guess they decided to pawn it off on me. I will never eat here again. Which is a shame considering I've been a customer here for years.

Make sure you have a backup plan for dinner! I ordered they sent me a message that my order was running about 10mins late and this was about 2 hours before they closed my order was never delivered.

I've ordered from here a lot over the last few years due to the low prices and good quality from the deals menu. Recently they introduced big price hikes on the deals menu and the quality has declined. I've switched back to the more expensive local pizza restaurants.

Currently sitting here as they remake my food on 2-11-25 since they cannot make a pizza correctly. Multiple ingredients missing plus pizza was burnt. Usually pick up food here 2-3 times weekly. Definitely will be my last. No patience for ignorance
The pizza I ordered had several long black hairs baked into the pizza. Our family used to eat here a good bit but not after this.

As much as I have enjoyed Pizza Hut over the years, I really don’t want to do it. But I’m giving this location 1 star. I bit into a 3/4” cotter pin on a slice of pepperoni pizza. How you managed to get a cotter pin on pizza that you make in the store I don’t understand. Could it have dropped out of the oven? Could someone purposely put it there? It is either poor management not taking care of equipment or malicious employees. It may not be the last time I have Pizza Hut, but it is the last time that I try this location.

Super disappointed with my purchase tonight. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and bread sticks. The bread sticks had ZERO seasoning and the pizza had maybe 5 pepperonis with about 2 pounds of cheese. It's actually hard to eat due to the amount of cheese. I did look prior to leaving the store but just glanced and saw bread sticks and a pepperoni pizza. Honestly I was exhausted from being out in the sun all day with kids at 100 degrees, but I expect my order to be correct that I paid for.
